MalaysiaFirst, one of the receptionist (foreign guy) didn’t explain clearly that my expecting visitors have to park their car at a desired location and ended up clamped my guest cars. Second, the room had an oven and I switched it on to reheat my pizza. And while we were having a dinner with all my guests, the room tripped. And had to wait for the maintenance for quite some time and I ended up doing it myself by figuring out how it tripped.
It’s clean and strategic location. Spacious room and good room.

MalaysiaThe reception is not helpful at all, only focus on telling me the rules and regulation, as in I am destroying the hotel property. It is the first hotel I ever stay that the receptionist is well train on explaining rules and regulation. The receptionist is so "details" line by line and circle the value that I need to pay if I make any damage on the property and not to focus to introduce what I can enjoy for the stay. The receptionist is not helpful and make me like idiots to listen on the hotel rules and regulations. Not a present stay at all.

AustraliaThe main reason I chose booked this property is that it stated in the description that the room was 105 sq m. When we checked in we found it was nothing close to that size, probably half that at most. TV had many channels but mostly local only found one in English.

United States of AmericaKitchen should be better equipped, i.e. cereal/soup bowls, more flat ware, a colander to drain pasta, vegatables, etc. . We actually bought these mentioned items & left them for future renters. It would've been helpful to have an extra kitchen garbage bag between cleaning days. The TV service only had 1 English channel which was deleted for the last 2 weeks of our stay which could not be reinstated. We were able to use our lap tops as a backup. We offered to pay for an upgraded cable service as our stay was over 2 months, but this was not possible. Our complaints are minor & we will return.
location, staff, security, many restaurants, & grocery stores within close walking distance. We've stayed at this property on several occasions in the past & have always been pleased. We will return again next year.

The furniture and fixtures need updating, renovating or changed out. Not really luxury, and so the price is a bit high

AustraliaBfast selection. Complementary vouchers for 2 restraurants with very limited set menu for bfast. Not so good. Also for drinks you only get to choose black and white coffee and not even juice. Felt like not worth to pay for bfast for 8 days where I could have selected so many different options from nearby. Checkin time is 3:00 pm, I sent atleast 10-15 messages before to confirm out flights are early and will need early checkin. We were at hotel at 9:30am and for early checkin we had to pay 250 RM for 5 hours. Which I beleive is quite much (almost 80$) I understand the policy but it should be bit less not almost like a day cost.
Location is superb. It is in center of city. So close to KL tower, Petronas Tower, Public transport. Street market on every friday, thats cherry on a cake.
