We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaBreakfast should be improved with more foods. There were same foods every day when I stayed there. Coffee in breakfast was tastless.
Location is great! It just takes some minutes to the central town and park. It's also 15 minutes to Cameron Valley Tea. Facilities are old but good enough, the hotel is clean. There's a pool table that we can enjoy in free time (RM20/hour). My kids also enjoyed the playroom, which had a TV with funny cartoons.

Location is very near to eateries.. Staffs are very friendly & polite.. The sink was partially block due to previous customer stuff things into the sink hole.. I reported to the reception., & within 10 minutes the maintenance & housekeeping staffs came & fix it... Very responsive..

MalaysiaThe Cameron Suite emits a bad odour probably from the carpets. Didn't like the idea that I have to pay extra for breakfast and the traffic jam outside the hotel is simply bad.
Managed to get rooms that are close to each other. The rooms are clean and the beds, comfortable. Shower rooms are functional but need some upkeep.

Czech RepublicThe sefe-box didn't work and they couldn't repear it, but we stay only 2 nights so it didn't bother us that much. TV noise from other rooms. Very poor and slow Wi-Fi connection, login falling down wery often.

MalaysiaThe pillows were flat. The bathroom sliding door cannot be locked and hard to push. The mini bar bottle holder was not available and its cabinet door was broken.
The room was spacious and got a bath tub. The view was nice. Parking lot was near to the lobby. There were many convenient stores, shops, hawker stalls, restaurants and others nearby.

MalaysiaNo air conditioning, have to open sliding door for ventilation, noise from outside motorcycles and cars when opened the door. No sound proof can hear people moving around and kids running middle of the night. Some of the breakfast menu is not refiled and cold. Food options are ok, but the taste need to be improved.
