bathroom could be cleaner, but really those were minor things

we're accomodated on 12th floor, so the view was amazing, room was sunny and big, with all the equipment you need for few nights stay. amenities were bit older but all in good condition. Room 30m2 more than enough, there was plenty of space for our 4 luggages.

Shower glass door did not have any rubber stopper / seal on the bottom part hence it will hit directly the cement and have risk for glass breakage. Besides that water from shower area will flow to the toilet area and will make it slippery. Lighting on vanity bathroom mirror should be improved. In house guest need to pay for the parking fee. 🥲🥲 Otherwise, everything else is okay.

Power fuse blew up by the lamp during our stay, and didn't get much of an apology. Could have injured partner.

Lovely staff, returned back three times throughout my Borneo stay. Staff we're very attentive and polite, very positive experience there. Rooms were all very good sizes and clean, and great amenities. Good gym, and decent pool

we have booking for three room . 6 person . our flight is 9.00pm we are request for 2pm checkup for only one room the hotel not accept . i feel a bit sad.

The room is a bit dark. They advertise free parking but it’s actually just discounted. The pool looks much nicer on the photos, we had no desire to use it as it could use an update.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to the markets and has a good breakfast.

Can’t really fault the property! It was a large hotel and very busy. The staff were all nice and helpful. The breakfasts were also very good with many options. Pool area a bit dated but nothing to really complain about.

Too many visitors from certain country…in large grup. They are wellcome but noisy

Hotel is centrally located. Only 2 min walking to the market, todak seafood, via a covered ealkway. Next to hotel is KK seafood restaurant. A convenience store and a pharmacy are also located nearby. Room is good, very friendly staff. Breakfast is average. Not many choices but just adequate. Will stay here again for it’s location and price

Wifi is shared among three rooms, so it is not too strong not to mention it is public (no password). The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the next door if they are noisy. Other than that, nothing much to complain about.

Very convenient location to the centre of the city, good value for money, and amenities are provided (water bottles, towels, iron, safety box, dental kit, sewing kit, vanity kit, soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Breakfast was decent. Overall, a good stay especially if you are just here for work.
