눉As hotel guests, we should be given a free WIFI instead of paying extra charge for it. Free WIFI only available in the lobby area which is unfair as guest are paying for their stay. The variation of food in the hotel restaurant buffet is limited which is unsatisfactory for the amount of money we've paid per head. The room is outdated, hence, the renovation in progress which is good =) Unlike other hotels, we've mentioned that we were there for our anniversary, but nothing special prepared for us. Hence, they should be thoroughly looking at the remark box during guest reservation and try better to make guest feel more appreciated. =)
눇Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Bathroom is huge and fully equipped. Bedroom is huge as well, comfortable with extra pillows.

눉This is our 2nd stay. Booked through booking.com using debit card. Not recommended at all. Better use credit card. The room rate was deducted 3 days before staying. Thing is, at the time of deduction, i was on the way to kk and had actually deposited cash into my debit card to pay for my hotel in kk and ended up deducted for this hotel instead. Not possible for me to withdraw cash and replace the money as i left my other card at home. Called hotel and no refund can be done as it was deducted by booking.com instead and it is the policy agreed between hotel and booking.com already.
눇Staffs very courteous and friendly. Big swimming pool, excellent wifi, safe parking area, comfortable room and everything. Food is quite well done.

눉All the other than swimming pool especially the room. We stayed at room 1114 by the swimming pool, not a great view though. The room was very old, mattress worn out (can see the surface is bending). For 400+ per night is really overpriced considering the poor condition of the bed. Brought the attention to the management, they should move to a better room instead they offered the very same type of room at the next block. After long argument with the manager, they agreed to gave us 40% off the room rate plus free breakfast for my children for two days. The reason we chose this hotel was we were expecting a nice bed as I am having slip disc. I have to endure the pain all day. Another thing staff at the restaurant (breakfast hour) are neither friendly nor attentive. No one approach or usher us to the table although there is always a guy standing like coconut tree at the front door pretending not to see us coming. Very bad attitude and service!
