Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom is very old fashioned, needs to be renewed. the resort is in a very quiet area, with just one other restaurant nearby. To go to long beach, where there are more restaurants, bars ecc you need to take the boat which is 10 euro per person
The room was clean and the food at the restaurant is good. Possibility to rent motorbikes and organise tours from the resort.closed to the amazing turtle beach

The location is quite far from the beach. Once it gets dark, you are stuck in your room. So ur spending half of your day in the room. We were a group of friends, so there was no problem for us climbing the stairs to reach the room, but I wouldn't recommend that for elderly or for people with kids. There was no fridge and no electric kettle inside the room. Even though it was a pleasant experience, but I don't think i would come here again. I personally prefer to spend the evening on the beach which this place doesn't help with that at all.

The cleaning could have been done more thoroughly. When we opened the curtains, we found some gecko droppings along the windowsill. It's hard to access Long Beach from here.
The room was what I expected from the photos. It was quiet and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meals we had there were tasty and served quickly. It's a 10-15 min walk to the nearest beach - Turtle's Beach. Nice beach with good snorkelling and local shacks with cheap snacks and drinks.

Rooms and whole property in need of some fresh paint, renovation / redecoration. Some parts of the safety rail were missing, also on our balcony, pretty dangerous.
Walking distance to turtle beach. Best price for hotel on the island of Redang.

bed sheets should be cotton, the polyester bedding is very uncomfortable. bathroom could have been nicer. basically good all round. Definitely recommend it.
food was good, location was good too , organization was excellent, so we were easily able to get a massage, visit the beach , snorkle and other sites.

No tv. No towels. You need a shuttle to move on the island. No pool table available.
Close to turtle point(500m walk)!!! Fun shuttle bus availablewhenever you need! My kids enjoyed the food at the restaurant Nice and yummy restaurant in front of the hotel.

The only disadvantages is the location of the property which is quite a distance frm Telok Dalam Beach. We have to walk around 15 to 20 minutes to reach the beach.
Room come with 2 Queen beds is quite spacious for 4 adults. Room is very ciean, neat and tidy. Toilet also very clean, no smell and water pressure inside the toilet is very strong. Overall, we are satified with the room condition. Food pricing at restaurant is acceptable and not that expensive. In addition, food taste is not bad at all.

Room locate at hill. Suitable for young couple . Not suitable for senior citizens. U need rent transportation to get to beach (800m - 1km)
Room and bathroom clean. Staff response also quite ok. Very cozy place. Back to nature. Room price reasonable.

The A\C remote needed batteries so it took a while to cool the room. In the heat of Radang this was a little uncomfortable
The hosts were fantastic I met the managers husband Arif and he took me on his boat on a snorkeling trip as well as to swim with turtles

The location was quite out of the way and we needed scooters and/or a boat to see most things.
excellent value for money. it was nice to see a more local side of the island. The staff were friendly and helped to arrange activities.

Far from beach. not as what shown in the picture. u need to hike in order to go to beach. the rest are ok. Give 6/10 because I was expect for the place near to beach. The rest are ok.

If u book via booking.com or other sites.. u won’t be allowed to purchase full package which includes 3 meal courses , snorkelling .... I mean u can still purchase it but it’s much expensive
