Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location near the airport and they provide a trolley service so you don't even have to walk. Very good information provided ahead of my visit, nice staff, good room.

For the price i paid, would have appreciated if it came with a simple breakfast (ie. croissant with jam). Nonetheless, the buggy service was excellant.

Location - but you can’t change that. And nothing hiring a scooter or car can’t fix. Otherwise taxi option is about a $50 NZD ride from airport. Or $20NZD to the main cities. Overall love love loved it

For valet parking staff maybe can improve slightly on the communication of the the parking rate to ensure message are properly communicated. I think display the parking rate at the valet parking counter will be helpful too. Just my 2 cents view.
Hotel room so comfortable. Location is very strategic for travellers. Food and beverages were also superb. Staff is very helpful.

We loved the outdoor swimming pool that is available for guests. We only stayed for one night but made full use of the pool in the morning before breakfast. The breakfast buffet is really big.

My kids says swimming pool full of people drinking....but luckily got the bathtub in the room.. Main single door for both room 509 and 510 need to be repaired... difficult to closed shut..need to loosen the top latch to close the door fully.. so sorry forgot to inform the front desk..
Requested for interconnecting room when book for 2 Twin bed room. Very accommodating front desk staff ( so sorry unable to get the name as in the hurry for Friday prayer)...In the end got Room 509 and 510...one of them is King size bed with bathtub...make my kids happy.,.both rooms is inside one main door and small space in between both room for access.... staff even draw for me the room set up with the options of the main door to leave it close or open..We keep the main door closed and individual room door not lock for easy access for kids... Able to get early check-in when called as room is ready... Love the buggy rides..fast ride to main terminal.. waiting time almost immidiate and will call for more buggy of needed... buggy driver all very friendly and helpful...willing to share tips where to get good deals for good food... Will be back in 12 days time...this time will try the premier executive suite and the lounge...only me and wife...

Had a Massage but Both the spa as well as the Massage were disappointing.

Great rooms with everything in perfect order. Feels like a 5 star hotel. It was only a 1 night stay, so I can't tell anything about the kitchen there.

shampoo at the restroom is like single use and not much for two people we struggled to ration the portions and have a shower, apart that nothing to add.
Next to the airport terminal 1 , proper 5 star experience has shuttle cart to get you to the gates it took me 10 minutes or less to get in que for my gate. All airline staff live in the hotel it seems.

Getting the fridge to open in the room was a joke, several technicians later and phone calls to operator we gave up…
