Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaRoom maintenance is poor and water-leaking marks are visible on ceiling. TV screen is quite blurr probably due to poor reception or tuning, thus not enjoyable to watch any programme. Mattresses are not fantastic due to condition and can feel the spring effect.

SingaporeArrived early before check in time and I sure was shocked when I got a "yes?" in a unpleasant tone at arrival. It was early and that welcoming sentence sure woke me up that morning. Room is generally clean other than some minor stains on bedsheet and moulds in the toilet. There is a fridge but generally is not cold. Adjusted and waited for hours but it only got slightly better. Only 2 channels available on TV.
Check in between check in time was smooth. Location was near many shopping areas which is just around 20 mins or less drive away.

Sri LankaRoom was not clean much and there were some water leaking points. Wash Room was too small. The safe was not worked and we didn't bother on that much. Breakfast was same in all five days.
Breakfast was normal but tasty. Nothing much varieties but worth. Staff were supportive. Room was small but not bad and view was good. Location of the Hotel is very comfortable in travelling specially catching the Monorail. As a whole, not a bad selection of us. Overall a good, nice and comfortable experience.
