We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very close to ferry. Very close to hotel Putra brasmana where is a good breakfast for 10,60 rm per person.

United Kingdomroom had a smoke/urine smell in it there was a wake up call from the guests before us still set so we were woken by the phone walls are thin so could hear other guests all the time
great location for getting the ferry to Langkawi literally faces the ferry terminal large bed and comfortable mattress only stay here if it’s for one night before getting the boat from the terminal, not for a holiday

MalaysiaHaving a dim yellow light would've given us a better experience. The toilet was clean but we had to get our own toiletries - though it's not a big deal for us having paid a modest sum for the room.
The bedroom and toilet were clean and we did not have rashes from bed bugs after the stay. The room was cozy to accommodate a romantic night in, but we had to turn the lights off to set a romantic mood.
