The room was a little bit too basic and a little bit old

I loved the staff and the service. The room service was really good with the great selection of food and drinks The rooftop bar and and its view was amazing.

It was on my last day stay, and I've decided to take a Buggy to KLCC. I was with my baby and pram. The staff didn't even help to load the pram into the buggy. This could have been improved.

The convenience of the area. Near to KLCC. Hotel room was big with a good view. Breakfast was good.

The gym leaves a bit to be desired in terms of space and equipment, but it's fine.

Staff were terrific. Rooms are good and value for money is good. Also the shuttle service to KLCC is appreciated.

The only great disappointment was the TV. It is blur & always NO service. So it always shut down by itself. I don't want to make a report cause it is Shangri La group. The staff that does maintanese or clean the room should give feedback to the team issues like this.

Breakfast- Worth the money , lots of choices, staff handle guests well. Location- its because it faces twin tower, that's why i choice this place Even though this hotel was build sometime back but its well keep.

From the moment we entered the hotel to our check out, the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was also spacious and had a stunning view of the twin towers. We will definitely be back.

The service at breakfast had been perfect, but on the last day, nobody greeted us, nobody asked if we wanted eggs or anything else from the menu, nobody offered to bring more juice; I had to go and ask for coffee. It was odd, because the previous days, all had been so admirable. On the last night, dinner at the Skybar: the whole set-up felt wrong: swimming pool in the middle and sofas for dinner (or drinks) around it. The deck next to the pool is slippery; the sofas and tables are placed in such a way that you have to climb into them, and the waiters have to kneel on them when serving. The sofas still has bits of food on them. The service there was unwelcoming and lacklustre. My other complaint was the check-in. When we arrived, three people were checking guests (some people could have been checking out); each one took so long. We took a seat to wait, and several people walked in and went straight to the desk, where they were processed. Anticipating a long wait when leaving the hotel, I settled the bill the night before. I mentioned that there would be a Skybar dinner to pay for, so I assumed he had included it in the bill. Next day, checkout seemed so smooth, just dropped the keycard and go. Later, I received an email from the hotel, saying I still owed money for the dinner. Partly my fault for not going through the bill carefully, but surely it should have already been on their computer.

The location is stunning (an excellent view of the Petronas Towers). The room, and the whole hotel, was exceptionally clean (apart from the Skybar, which had crumbs of food on the seats). The staff, including the housekeeping, were extremely friendly and polite. It was a genuine friendliness, void of acting. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and changed each day.
