We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

South AfricaBeds were not the most comfy but was ok. I booked a 4 sleeper, all 4 beds were separate and cannot be joined as they are fixed into their corners. No tap to wash hands before and after eating or just rince anything, have to go up and down to the ablution block. Would have been good if there was a tap even just outside the room.
On my way back down to SA and this accommodation is just off the B1 which made it an ideal stopover. I booked the glamping accommodation with the ablution blocks separate, just a short walk to the ablution, hot water, toilet rolls, soap and it was clean. The stars at night and the peace and quiet was amazing! Safe parking behind high fence and locked gates. Value for money.

We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed both. Food was good. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Hotel was very quaint. Ablution block was clean. We would stay there again.

Cool place to stay, nicely decorated. Friendly people at the reception and bar. Our small cabin had all facilities we needed. Comfortable beds. The shared bathroom is clean and big, with many showers and toilets. We arrived late and left early in the morning, but we had a good stay. Private parking next to your cabin.

Grunau Country hotel provides everything that a weary traveller needs - beer, bath bed and good food. I booked and upgrades the room afterwards but the upgrade was missed somehow. We were however upgraded upon arrival and, generously, only charged the price of the original room. The springbok filet and lambchops we had for dinner were excellently done.
