The rooms and especially the beachbungalow were fantastic! The quiet, the beauty of the surroundings, the free kayaks, SUP etc made it a splendid vacation. A wonderful place!

The restaurant was really not good enough. Specially the night menu. Plate were not not looking nice and food was "average" (langouste way too much cooked, chicken arrived almost raw and tasteless, bougna too dry, etc). Lunch menu was fine apart the non-matching dressing sauce (exotic salad with mustard and wine vinegar sauce ?!) and the 2 days old bread. No wifi in the bedroom, poor wifi in the restaurant.

The beautiful private beach with wonderful recif The free paddle and kanoé The early check-in The discovery package Friendly and helpful staff

Buffet breakfast very average. Staff not particularly friendly.

Fantastic location, one of the best beaches that we saw on the island. Amazing snorkelling right at your feet. There's also another incredible beach a short walk away. Good food at the restaurant, although perhaps a bit pricey. Bungalows were large and clean. Stand up paddle boarding was free and lots of fun.

snorkelling equipment has seen better days; some way of not trekking beach sand into the hut could be thought about; fibreglass step-in baths to shower in, without nonstick mats, are very dangerous

friendly staff; good food, wine; clean; lovely location

Rental bicycles are in a terrible condition.

The hotel is directly on the beach, next to the sacred rock and the bay is simply beautiful. All bungalows are nice, roomy and offer privacy. Staff was very helpful and nothing was a problem, I was even able to have early check in and late check out.

very little, maybe a little upgrade of bathrooms. a little more variety in menu. close to 2 other good restaurants for variety.

location, far better outside temperature and beach than Meridien. comfortable beds and pillows. staff were very helpful, service at meals very good. snorkelling just off the beach, wow.

    - 2500 franc "tour" to piscine natural involved a simple bus trip and dropped off with little direction. A map at least would have been good. Also if you tell a guest that it is 10am bus departure do not ring them at 9.30am saying "Come now because driver wants to go now" - transfer to the airport turned up 30 mins late meaning we arrived at airport a mere 20mins before take off and were lucky to make the flight a) because we got there late and b) cause of the terrifying drive to the airport at high speed on windy roads in the rain. Very little communication came from reception to explain what was going and there was zero apology. - for the amount of money you are paying to stay in this place you would think they could have decent toiletries. Silly me for using them, I have broken out with a rash on arms and legs after using them once. - service at restaurant for dinner is haughty and rude. There was a lovely older lady the final night I was there, but the other two nights were horrible. Not hard to smile or be friendly. Breakfast staff were fine. Overall this was an expensive place to stay in a wonderful location. Some staff were good (cleaning, breakfast and the beach snorkel guy) but the rest rude and unaware of how to welcome/be friendly to guests instead of treating them like an annoyance.

Location is great. This place has the ingredients it needs to be a wonderful place but unfortunately it is not.

The food was dry and tasteless, the service extra slow and inattentive (it took over an hour for my dessert to arrive) and expensive on top of that.

I loved the extra touches on the room, which was clean, comfortable, and everything you would want for a comfortable stay.

bikes need to be replaced- go to the neighbour gite if you need some. food very repetitive - just the main ingredient is replaced while the rest remains equal. annoying if you stay more than one night since there are no real alternatives. Also somewhat overpriced for kitchen quality. Some repairs or refurbishments wouldn't harm either, e.g. shower curtains or sun beds

great location and atmosphere. Overall a great experience. would repeat anytime!

Restaurant service at night time was very slow. Be prepared to wait even if you book for 7 pm , most guests arrive at the same time.

Very friendly staff, beautiful and natural tropical gardens preserved + excellent location, the hotel is tucked at the end of the bay and there is a lovely coral reef in front with beautiful clear water to swim but snorkelling is also great right in front of the hotel . Acces to a couple of hotels nearby as well as a local grocer and bakery. I absolutely recommend this hotel if there is an offer on the accommodation. No mosquitoes in August 'fresh' season.

Hardly any vegetarian options for food. Specially when there are no shops around
