Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNo plug sockets apart from those already in use for the lamp and the phone. I just unplugged their phone to charge mine, it’s not a big issue, but if you have multiple things to charge you might struggle.
Comfortable stay, less than 2 mins from the airport, good breakfast, nice pool

United States of AmericaI thought I had requested a ride into the city and was told (on my computer )there would be no additional charge but the dest informed me that there would be a charge of $20 or 30 dollars so I took the bus which I'm somewhat familiar with after several months in Managua.
Great breakfast. And walking across the street to airport is a big plus.

CanadaThe pool was very crowded and noisy because it was open to non-guests during Semana Santa. The room was tired and not that well-maintained.
Super close to the airport. We just had to cross a busy street to get there. The breakfast was served buffet-style in the adjacent restaurant. There was an option to have an omelet made.

CanadaFree shuttle from the airport, even super late at night. Nice little courtyard to have some arrival beers. Great breakfast. Shuttle to Léon arranged for us. But most importantly, incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

United States of AmericaThe pool was really full because of the day use passes that are available. It was during Semana Santa so the setting was not as relaxing as I have experienced in the past.
The complex is accomodating, a great place to walk round, has a nice pool and good air conditioning. The eating area is welcoming and the staff was helpful.

United States of AmericaNO Hot Water!!! The sheets had blood stains, we had to lay the spear blanket on top of the bed so not to sleep on it. No: hand towels( only bath towels) no hand lotion, kleenex, no dirty laundry bag. Only one tiny soap to wash your hands and bathe. No body wash or shower cap. Not up to an American style hotel. We arrived at 1:00 Pm and were able to check in early. Had lunch at their restaurant (very large. You could also eat by the pool but it was too hot). The hotel was fine for the one short night sleep that we stayed.
Very conveniently located hotel, nice in size and appearance! It's very large and spacious. Staff are attentive to open doors for you. The rooms are bungalow style, average size, with a desk and 2 spare chairs. You're not under air conditioning when walking to your room. The restaurant staff was very attentive as well, although I found the food a little expensive, $17.95 for the buffet, for Nicaraguan prices. My husband had the buffet, and I did not like the choices they offered. They did not seem appetizing to me. I had a club sandwich a la carte, which was adequate and good size. We scheduled shuttle pickup to the airport at 4:am ( which is right across the street, which was the reason for choosing the hotel), and they were ready and waiting for us as scheduled. They also packed a breakfast to go. ham and cheese sandwich, a small sweet bun, and a muffin. Also, a large apple.

United States of AmericaThe shower hot water wasn't hot at all. But that would be my only complaint.
It's a very convenient place to stay when you're flying in late. It's literally right across the street from the airport. It's perfect if you're staying one night. Breakfast was included. Very cold air conditioning.

United States of AmericaThey have tiled floors outside the rooms where people drag their bags when they're going to early morning flights that wake you up. It'd be nice if they posted a sign to tell people to carry their bags as a courtesy. Also the cost of the room is high for Nicaraguan prices but that's because they know that you are staying there to be close to the airport.
This is a great hotel if you don't want to go into Managua which we we were told to be up to an hour drive with traffic. The best option if just want to be close to the airport for your flight the next day. The staff is very nice and helpful and the restaurant has good options so you don't have to go into town if all you're doing is staying there for the airport.

Canadainstructions weren't clear how to book the shuttle so I walked instead and that was quite dangerous for someone who's not used to the Nicaraguan way to cross streets. Room service wasn't working at all and I was being sent everywhere, the phone system wasn't working either in my room.
