Bathroom needs more cleaning. A coat stand would also be nice for the jackets. We couldn't use the water heater for tea because either it has to be decalcified or replaced. That's why we couldn't trust to use the coffee machines. The light bulb on the bedside on the window side has to be replaced. The cabinet seems old and needs to be repaired.

The Location was great. Everything is near and the neighborhood is quiet. The bed is also comfortable and it is nice to have your own bathroom with free towels and amenities.

The fan in the small bathroom didn't work, but sure that's easily sorted. Also wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues - very narrow staircase up to apartment.

Lovely, quiet location with some great cafes and restaurants near by. Comfortable, clean and cosy apartment. We returned to stay here for the second time this year as loved it so much last time.

The wifi is very patchy. It would be nice to have a few dishes.

Excellent location, short distance to many museums and endless alternatives for canal walks. Many little shops nearby for purchasing fruits and breakfast items (including real Dutchies which are not doughnuts as in North America). If you enjoy feeling like you are living in an Amsterdam neighbourhood rather than in a hotel, you will be quite satisfied with the choice.

There wasn't any information in the room which is helpful on such things as recommended nearby shops or venues or instructions on how to use the tv etc . Sent an email but no reply

Great locationand very peaceful particularly with the wonderful large window which gave welcome fresh air and vista to trees as it was quite hot in Amsterdam.

The internet did not work The stairs were so steep and narrow... going up with luggage seemed like a challenge, especially for big suitcases. There was no shampoo. The curtains allowed.light in the room, they cld definitely use blackout.. Despite all this, I would.definetly stay there.

The location was great... there was a minibar, Netflix subscription, espresso machine with capsules provided, the bathroom was superclean. The bagle shop around the corner was delicious. There was a nearby supermarket and was very reachable with public transportation

I only had minor complaints that I would consider nitpicking. There was no complementary shower gel in the shower and no trash can in the studio beside the small one in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning, so it can get quite hot inside depending on the weather, but there is at least a fan sitting on the floor. Even though there is no kitchen in the studio, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the cupboard where the coffee machine was sitting.

Fantastic location that is not smack in the middle of the overcrowded city center, but still very central close to Prinsengracht. The studios are located in a side street that gets a little bit of noise if you have a street-facing unit, but definitely not as much as a stay in the main street. Very lively and lovely neighborhood. The building is old and has lots of charme, but it's also very narrow with crooked floors plus if you have a bottom studio, you can hear every footstep from the occupants above you. Check-in and Check-out was contactless with a safe box at the stairs and a code that was sent via Email to get the keys out and it worked marvelously. The bed was comfy and I had all the necessities I needed in the studio. It's not a particularly cheap price, but reasonable for its location and definitely recommended if you are able and willing to spend it.

Minor thing, but the wifi didn't work. But we also didn't stay in the room too much so it wasn't a big enough problem to raise with the host (they were quick to respond, so it would probably have been resolved if I brought it up).

Great location, easy access to public transport. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. Bathroom was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Nothing major to complain about, it was exactly what we wanted it to be!

The internet didn’t work properly in our room, despite being given a second one from the owner - this still did not work. This did negatively impact our trip as my partner had to work and was unable to in the room, for the price we were paying we were expecting to be able to use decent Wi-Fi. There was also no bin in the room which made rubbish a bit tricky.

The studio is really nice, clean and in a good area. It has everything you could need for a short stay, a small fridge, coffee and tea machines.

Only issue was the ironing board .. difficult to use if you needed it
