Easy to fine, clean, modern

There wasn't anything I didn't like..even the location which at first seemed a little far from the city turned into an advantage as there were lovely walks near the lake and through pretty residential streets.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly without exception. Everyone seemed as invested in our enjoyment as we were! The breakfast was superb in terms of choice and quality. We stayed for three nights and really felt relaxed and welcome and at home

Tv wouldnt keep a signal, no coffee facilities in the room - had to go down late to request. Location not great, hard to get a taxi from there. Furniture design odd, couldnt use light from the space next to the bed.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff welcoming.

We stay in Maastricht quite often. Finally found a decent alternative to the hotel where we used to stay often before. Beautiful view of the lake with ducks from the room, quite acceptable breakfasts. Parking is included in the price, which is a rarity for Maastricht.

I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger. Just 1 meter wider would be enough 😂 other then that i would love an electric vehicle charging point. The AC unit was waking me up. But i turned it off the second night and on the third night it did not wake me up anymore. Guess it was just a new thing.

I liked that there were no problems. I didnt have to solve any problems.

Nothing to complain about.

This is a solid and OK hotel outside the city centre near large motorways. It is located right besides a large football stadium at the edge of a large park, so, I guess, apart from general public, it probably serves mostly sports fans and football players. As such, it's just a large box building without much flair outside, nor inside. It's well equipped, comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. It's well reachable by public transport and, although there were no restaurants in the direct vicinity, we found really nice dining options just a couple of bus stops far away (or 20min walking). Rooms were in a somewhat brutalist style with concrete and crude steel elements, but all in all, nicely decorated, even if - very much in the style of the whole place - very non-descript and without much flair. All in all, good experience for our city trip and I would do it anytime again.

- The staff of the night shift could be more polite - The description of the hotel mentions that is located on the edge of the historic center Maastricht. That can definetely be misleading since the hotel is located outside of the city and you definetely need a car to arrive there.

Property page does say it has an electric vehicle charging point which it does not. Nearest is a McDonald’s but that’s not connected to the hotel. Breakfast had a poor selection too

Very small TV - comfortable rooms. Wifi could be better.

Just outside Maastricht - you need a car. Big parking in front hotel. Mc Donalds next door. Possible to open window. Easy check in. Breakfast buffet - not impressive but OK. Room for 3 was with 3 full beds.

- Toilet roll is squished by your knee when sitting on the toilet. - The bed was a bit soft and used for my taste but still provided decent support. - After a long day at 22.17hr I find the bar closed, when asking as the reception next to the smaller bar, whether I could get a drink there or through room service to close my day the answer was 'no' unless I want a soda, accompanied by the advice I could order out a drink if I wish for something else through an Uber-like delivery service... Reception the following day apologized.

Everything was clean, staff was quick and efficient at check-in and checkout.

My daughter when she just check in into the room, went to the bathroom and wash her face, almost wipe her face with one of (supposed) clean towel in bathroom and she looked at the towel there is a stain of poop from the supposed new and clean towel. I called the housekeeping immediately, they apologized and gave another new clean towel. But yeah, almost.....

The room is spacious and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location close to a football stadium, and a business center, but during our stay we did not encounter any problems. Maybe there were no games during our stay.

Rooms are a bit dark and brighter lights might have done better especially for short, gloomy winter days, but not really a deal-breaker.

Clean facility. Not luxury (it doesn’t advertise itself as such), but quite comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop nearby, which is great if you won’t be using a car, a bicycle and wish to use public transportation.
