The location isn’t great. 15min walking distance to the nearest train station. Not much to do in the area. The cleaner left the cleaning spray and the towel in our room during our stay, which seems a bit unprofessional.

Very comfortable bed. The heating is on all the time.

Not central, a fair walk from metro, nothing apart from garage nearby, tv channels were poor!

We had the issue with double payment via booking.com. The hotel requested the payment a few days before the trip otherwise the booking would be cancelled. However, the payment process lead us to pay directly on the hotel’s website which seemed legit. Once we came to the hotel, they told us that they didn’t have any proof of that payment even though we provided multiple proofs of it, so we had to pay again. Luckily, we managed to get the money back the last day, but our stay was ruined. Another drawback was location, it’s very far from the city center.

Only the fact that it was a clean and big apartment, nothing else.

Rooms are old, could do with a refresh. The window did not close properly in room 25. Room was freezing when i arrived, but heaters warmed it up quickly.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is fine...convenient location, easy to get to city with metro. and free car parking was great! Hotel was quiet at nighttime.

It was a bit out from the city centre, in between 3 train stations all about 10-15 min walk. Only a petrol station opposite hotel

The lighting was okay but not great and at times I could hear the sound from the next room.

The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful and always smiling. They made me feel so welcome. The breakfast was also fantastic and I enjoyed every bit of it. My room was properly managed and maintained and my bed was comfortable. The shower was also good.

One elevator was out of order and this caused several delays. Under the beds, the rooms were filthy, as if they had not been cleaned in months. They also did not have everything available in the restaurant to order. The safes in the room did not work. Overall very little maintenance was done.

Staff was responsive to our requests and the food in the restaurant was pretty decent. The parking lot under the building was nice, looked safe and was not overcrowded. The room had an interesting view as well.

in the hotel TV they advertise that we can have hot water kettle by asking to the front desk, but when I asked the front desk they said that they didn't have one.

Too far from the subway station. I had to walk for almost 20 minutes, part of the way on a road dangerous to be crossed. If you are not by car, i don't recommend staying there.

Two of us were charged for meals that we didn't order. The reception staff rectified this quickly and without any hassle. There was no tea-making facilities in the rooms. The reception didn't have any kettles. I was loaned an iron but not an ironing board. So ironed on the bed.

The standard WiFi service offered too slow or not working at all.

All good. Like the bar to get a beer. Did not use the restaurant or breakfast facilities. The standard Internet speed in the room and throughout the hotel is poor.

The location is on a main road and there is nothing interesting near the hotel. You have to walk 15 minutes to some public transport stop. We had to get around by taxi. The place is suitable if you have a car.

The breakfast was very good, the beds very comfortable. The sais have enough space and are very nicely decorated. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and in general it is a very clean, cozy and pleasant place.

The location isn't fantastic (other than being right next door to a gas station). It was over a km walk to the nearest public transit stop and over a mile walk to the nearest bakery (not important to everyone but European bakeries make for a perfect breakfast). Also, the bathroom in the double-twin room was very tight and cramped. The sink was just too small for me to wash my hands without constantly bumping into the faucet or the bottom. If you're anything over medium in size, it'll be a challenge to shower without bumping into everything.

The free underground parking was awesome! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was quite comfortable, too!

The location. It’s far from subway stations. Ironically, the train track was next our window so we were able to hear the trains passing.

Very unclean fridge. Towel from former ressidents on the radiator. No tea facilities in the room. Doors with closer are too tight. Quite a walk to metro station Van der Madeweg (10 mins shorter walk on industrial estate) or Spaklerweg. (15 mins this is the better walk). We hardly stayed in our room, so no problems with the view (metro and train line)
