In general I really feel prices for hotels are to high which make us stay less in hotels than before covid. We choose to drive back home more often. This Bastion is a basic hotel but prices rice to premium....

Hotel can be seen from the station but not obvious how to walk there.

Upgraded without request. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast delicious.

the hotel is in a very silent area, ... i liked the their breakfast it included many options, ... it's my second time to visit this hotel, ... and I liked it.

all things are comfortable, ... but the coffee machine not worked, ... I prefer the electric jug of water to make coffee and tea

Bathrooms are very small, especially the sink for brushing your teeth or washing your face. Missing a clear sign for the outside smoking area . I think that they could charge 5 euros less for their clients who are staying there. All together, minor things.

The staff went beyond their working ours to prepare us some good food. Rooms were clean .very friendly staff.Do remember that this is a 3 star hotel .

For me all and all a good location. I was there for family visits. They life nearby, on walking distance. Center is nearby. Hotel is fine and provided all my needs. Free patking at and arround the hotel.

A couple of issues, firstly, and to me the worst......one staff member, and I must stress only one, is basically in the wrong line of work. Various observations and interactions over the course of 12 odd days we were there, were well below what any reasonable guest might expect. To the point they were just downright rude, unhelpful and sported a serious attitude. I am almost certain the other staff there, know who I am talking about. All others however were great, so I guess that's just how the cookie crumbles. Second their outdoor area, which I used every day, needs and deserves more attention. Most days the furniture was still covered in last nights food containers, cans etc, as well as all ashtrays overflowing. A little more attention, or in fact any attention, in the mornings would be good. Lastly, but not a dealbreaker, was the lighting in our room, very dark, which is ok for mood lighting but average at best if you want to see what you're doing.

A perfectly fine hotel with most everything available, for us it was a very good location in regards to public transport. The room was a little smaller than I had expected but not a problem in the end. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Everything was functional.

The beds are super soft and worn. We both did not like it. The location was a bit loud, I am a heavy sleeper and did not care a lot but my friend could not sleep to well. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, it was fine but pretty pricey for a salad. The waitress was forgetful, it was basically empty and she asked our room number 3-4 times...

Free parking at the hotel, close to the train station and the highway. Room was fine. Check in and out was easy and fast.

As with most Bastion hotels, this one is located in the scenic industrial area, but in this case the down town is not too far away, a mere 10 minutes walk. Morning omelette was fine.
