Bedding was not clean - found multiple hairs in the bed.

Great location and you get what you pay for. Parking is off-site, but close enough (5min walk). Breakfast is good and affordable. Front staff very keen to help.

I was in a suite, like a small apartment. Everything was clean except the dishes. You need to rewash the dishes. (But then it is best to do that anywhere you go.) There was not always someone at the desk who knew English, though there was always someone who thought he did. You could get answers that indicated he had no idea what your question meant.

The hotel is located right in the middle of Delft. It is an easy walk to anything there. The breakfast was basic, ample and well prepared. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

No 29 was indeed very basic, entirely our fault for not fully considered that you do get what you pay for. We will definitely consider getting a better room next time. However it was warm and comfortable. Personally I would remove the Xmas decoration from the light and replace the bedside mat with something that doesn’t look dirty although I’m sure it was clean.

We liked the main hotel where we had a warm reception and delicious breakfast. No 29 was more sparse.

Apart from that the only drawback was lack of sleep due to bad soundproofing, so a lot of noise was heard and woke us up after midnight. Poorly equipped kitchen, sofas not very comfortable and i found the number of stairs rather difficult as I have some difficulty with walking.

There is no lift, and the statrcase is quite steep, so getting up and down with a big luggage would be quite tricky.

Perfect location at the very centre of Delft, about five minutes walk from the station. A very large room (not all the rooms are so big, but I was lucky), with an electric kettle that was a good surprise. A bathroom was also big and convenient. The breakfast area is available for tea or coffee all day long.

Bathroom ventilation is waaay too loud -- somewhere around a vacuum cleaner noise level. It's okay when taking a shower or so, but distracts pretty much when having a long dive into a bathtub, plus it can get it the way when someone else is sleeping in the room. Not really a problem, but the mattresses are too soft for quite slim twin beds -- very comfy to lie in the middle, but moving a bit from side to side made me anxious about sliding down the edge of the bed :D which never happened, of course.

Bathroom is above all the comments: huge bathtub, tropical shower, enough space for everything and very clean. Open terrace with a view onto historical courtyards and rooftops is also amazing -- watching canals and facades outside is fun, but such authentic views are not to be missed as well. The room is not really big, but has just enough space and furniture to throw your stuff and yourself down comfortably. Extra points for having both decorative and blackout curtains! Breakfast is pretty simple, yet fresh and tasty.

The stairs to the room, we were on the top floor and the stairs are very steep on the last flight and I found this difficult due to having problems with my knees. I should have perhaps asked for a room on a lower floor at the time of booking. A couple of things I would have liked in the room would be tea/coffee making facilities and an extra pillow on the bed.

Perfect location for exploring the local area and close to the train station for travelling to different areas. Breakfast was excellent.
