We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsStrange approach to toilet privacy. Sliding see-through bathroom door so totally no privacy. Some make no problem of that. Maybe my generation (60 years old) find that weird. The building is old which has its charms but also creaking floorboards.

NetherlandsI actually liked my stay at the hotel, the only small problem that i had was the birthroom door which was broken, but after i reported it was imediately repaired.
The hotel location was perfect,just at the center of the city which made moving around quite easier. The breakfirst was so delucious and alot of choices. The staff members were very friendly,helpfull and welcoming. Their work ethics was above the top!

NetherlandsHonestly, nothing. I would like to thank owners and staff for contributing to our nice weekend.
We chose this hotel because it's directly on the Vrijthof. Parking is possible via the hotel and is about 150 meters away with easy access (under the Vrijthof). At arrival we were welcomed very friendly by the owner who immediately made us feel welcome. The room was very nice and very clean. The hotel is combined with a brasserie and it has a very nice outside (heated) terras. We enjoyed some drinks and a good dinner there. The whole staff was very friendly and this added to our nice experience. We had a great weekend and the hotel is a beautiful and comfortable location to explore Maastricht, do some shopping and relax at the same time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues and would stay there again.

FranceNo proper bathroom, a tub and the sink in the bedroom, toilets and shower with a glass door no privacy at all. No breakfast served. No elevator, only steep stairs. No cupboard in the room to unpack. lots of noise, people walking upstairs heard, water pipes chanting.
