My room was fine for me on my own but would have been cramped for 2 people. No drawers to put things away. Breakfast options diminished as the week went on (fruit was not replaced).

some things really need to be worked upon - the loudness of the doors smashing was extreme. First, the doors of thr room itself then the doors taking you to the corridor with the elevator.

The house is already quite old and so is the impression from arrival on the parking lot to the entrance of the rooms;

Close by the beach and train station to get to Amsterdam, Single bedroom is really small, but you’ve got everything what you need. Parking situation is expensive, 17.50 Euro per night and 4 Euro per hour after check out. All in one we had a beautiful time and enjoyed Zandvoort and our stay.

* the size of the room meant that space is clearly at a premium, but in our opinion they’ve removed the wrong things. No one needs 2 tub chairs for a short stay, but people do require a full length mirror!! That is unacceptable to not have a full length mirror. *very little effective storage space in room or bathroom. * really disliked the concept of glass bathroom slide door. We’re a couple who have been together for many years so this is not a huge problem for us but it would have been a deal breaker for me especially previously. There is NO privacy. Even the ‘handle’ is a hole in the door which means there’s even less privacy. * hskp we felt lacked every day, the teas and coffee amenities weren’t restocked, the tea cups were not washed on return, and a dressing gown which had been laid on a chair when we left, was thrown across the bed when we got back one day. * the room directory was a list of instructions on what not to do to avoid a €500 fine! There was no helpful information about breakfast, bar, bus times, hotel amenities etc… just a big old telling off. Not customer friendly at all!!

* hands down comfiest hotel bed we’ve ever stayed in, not sure if by happy luck or all rooms are the same. It was a double room, rear facing on 16th floor. * blackout curtains were very effective. * room was clean and well maintained * 2 lifts meant we didn’t have to wait

Amazing location right on the boardwalk, 5 min from the train stop! We got a free room upgrade which was very appreciated. The beds were very comfy, and the rooms were well laid out with great bathrooms. Recommended for a beach stay near Amsterdam

The passage way carpets were dirty, the lifts didnt work well and the walls were scratched. Our room that we booked was not available a few days before check-in. However, we were upgraded to another room. This was a nice gesture, however the room that we got was on the first floor and did not have a nice sea view. I would have been happier with a smaller room with a better view.

The rooms are small but well appointed. My room had two small single beds rather than a double bed, and they came apart quite easily. Like other hotels nearby it feels very 1970s on arrival, the foyer area needs to be updated. The carpark entrance is quite steep so if travelling in a vehicle with moderate ground clearance, be careful.

A nice hotel, the rooms are much nicer than the exterior of the building. It is definitely one of the better hotels in Zandvoort, although the options generally are not great. The location is good, right beside the beach and walking distance to many nice beach clubs/restaurants as well as the circuit. Decent shower pressure but very small space.

Not related to the hotel but please be careful in Zandvoort. My phone got stolen by a pickpocket theif so be aware of your surroundings and belongings even though it is a small town.

Thelocation is great, close to circuit tow centre and beach. We had to check out early in the morning, before the breakfast opened but they arranged a take away breakfast for us, much appreciated! Friendly staff. Room was small but had everything we needed as well as a balcony.

Breakfast room was chilly. Had to sign a separate declaration about not smoking or taking drugs in room and the long list of terms and conditions suggested the hotel must have experienced a lot of trouble with guests in the past but on my off season visit everyone seemed quiet and well behaved. Some of the decoration in the hallways looked tired.

Free upgrade to a suite (thank you) which was spacious and clean with very nice facilities. Staff friendly and helpful - including communications before visit. Hotel easy to find and right on Zandvoort’s long sandy beach. F1 circuit about a 15-20 min walk along the beach
