The room which is very confortable with plenty of storage space, working desk and relaxing corner at the window; the empty fridge, the boiler and the coffee machine with tasty coffee are a real plus. The bathroom is spacious. There is recycling waste bins close to elevator. Location is perfect.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. The room was clean and with good furniture. Very nice atmosphere and full of young people. There is also bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which are quite good, nice for morning coffee and a drink at the evening.

It is a really beautiful place, people in the reception were very kind, it is a place that has everything, they have a restaurant, bar, collaboration zones, individual workplace, conference rooms, some vending machines and even ice dispensers, the place is clean and cozy, our room had a beautiful view to the river and I want to thank all the staff that was involved in making our stay very memorable, special thanks to Brit for the room welcome letter, thanks

The room was not super clean, but was very very hot. I could not control the temperature effectively. Also, the coffee/milk supplies in the room are quite limited. These are my go-to for breakfast because I only have coffee. The opening hours of the bars in the reception at 8 am are inadequate: too late. I wanted a coffee this morning (I finished the ones in the room) around 7 because I had to leave before 8 and it was closed. Very disappointed. Maybe I missed some automatic coffee machines.

Nice and spacious room with all confort: big and comfy bed, study table, wifi, coffee machine. Great common rooms, super equipped. You can get water either at the cooler or you just go through the fridge and self-check out. Fantastic. Nice location very close to the canals. Very pictoresque.

The staff at Hotel Casa were super accommodating. The room was so clean. The staff even went above and beyond and added something to our room in order to help us celebrate our honeymoon.

Everything about Hotel Casa Amsterdam was just beautiful. Loved the location, the lobby, the staff, the environment, the interior, the atmosphere, the cleanliness…. It’s very close to the downtown, a fee minutes by bike and has a lot of good restaurants next to it.

Well situated, beautifully styled hotel with fantastic amenities including a bar, a lovely relaxed restaurant and a specialty coffee shop. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and helped us hire bikes (from the hotel itself) as well as arrange taxis for our departure. Would absolutely stay again.

The standards of staff could be higher. When we ate at the restaurant, the incompetence of the waiter was rather comical. (First, he denied that the dessert that I ordered was even on the menu. I needed to convince him. He also had no idea what the soup of the day was when my wife asked.) And at breakfast, staff was slow to react to food running out. The breakfast felt too expensive.

This hotel is very good value of money overall. Good quality rooms, good transport options to move around the city.

Our lunch - although we ordered the daily one - took so long to come despite the restaurant being empty, so we've decided not to eat there afterwards. Ironing my clothes directly in the lobby was a bit awkward. I was expecting either an ironing board to my room or a separate space / room for it.

Absolutely loved the neighbourhood and the location. Proximity to all trams and trains and metros - the absolute ideal place in terms of feeling like a local, but not too close to the tourist traps, but also well connected. The room was gorgeous and I loved the little reading nook / window seat.
