To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room which is very confortable with plenty of storage space, working desk and relaxing corner at the window; the empty fridge, the boiler and the coffee machine with tasty coffee are a real plus. The bathroom is spacious. There is recycling waste bins close to elevator. Location is perfect.

United KingdomThe room was not super clean, but was very very hot. I could not control the temperature effectively. Also, the coffee/milk supplies in the room are quite limited. These are my go-to for breakfast because I only have coffee. The opening hours of the bars in the reception at 8 am are inadequate: too late. I wanted a coffee this morning (I finished the ones in the room) around 7 because I had to leave before 8 and it was closed. Very disappointed. Maybe I missed some automatic coffee machines.
Nice and spacious room with all confort: big and comfy bed, study table, wifi, coffee machine. Great common rooms, super equipped. You can get water either at the cooler or you just go through the fridge and self-check out. Fantastic. Nice location very close to the canals. Very pictoresque.

United KingdomThe standards of staff could be higher. When we ate at the restaurant, the incompetence of the waiter was rather comical. (First, he denied that the dessert that I ordered was even on the menu. I needed to convince him. He also had no idea what the soup of the day was when my wife asked.) And at breakfast, staff was slow to react to food running out. The breakfast felt too expensive.
This hotel is very good value of money overall. Good quality rooms, good transport options to move around the city.

RomaniaOur lunch - although we ordered the daily one - took so long to come despite the restaurant being empty, so we've decided not to eat there afterwards. Ironing my clothes directly in the lobby was a bit awkward. I was expecting either an ironing board to my room or a separate space / room for it.
Absolutely loved the neighbourhood and the location. Proximity to all trams and trains and metros - the absolute ideal place in terms of feeling like a local, but not too close to the tourist traps, but also well connected. The room was gorgeous and I loved the little reading nook / window seat.
