Everything was great, as long as you travel with just 1-2 pieces of luggage max. Otherwise the hub gets quite cramped.

Much cleaner and nicer than expected. Bathrooms and showers were set up nicely. Staff were great, including the resident cat. Luggage storage was also easy and secure.

Shared bathrooms are fine, I have no problem with that, but the shower area was quite small so it was difficult to change clothes and keep everything dry.

We weren't fan of finding parking. Even though parking in Amsterdam is a nightmare. We finally found one and had to take the tram over. That was the only part we didn't like.

It was a really creative hostel. I definitely would stay here again. My partner enjoyed the self serve beer on tap, haha. The rooms were clean and comfy. As well as the showers and bathrooms.

There were only a few things that I think could be improved upon. There was no ventilation in the pods and smells would linger for a bit unless door was open. Some guests were noisy when coming in at night. I disliked that the bathrooms were shared only because people don't clean up after themselves properly and sometimes all the mens bathroom toilets would be filthy or clogged and I would have to find somewhere else to go.

Very easy to check in, staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the wristbands to check in and out of the building and pods. Room was a good size but a little small for more than two people. Also, a great location.

I enjoyed the lounge area in the lobby, but it is pretty small. Wish there were some places that were more quiet places to do work. This place is great for a few nights of stay, but since there is not a lot of common space, long term stay would feel cramped.

The rooms were very clean, pretty small but that was expected. The bathrooms were clean, lots of showers and toilets. Location is great, kind of a walk to the city center, but the area nearby has lots of character. Great food and movie hall and cute market right around the corner.

the space of the capsule / room is very limited for 2 people with luggage and you couldn’t change the room temperature so it was rather chilly.

the facilities were great, was surprised by how nice the bathroom / toilet / shower was and they had rituals products which was so nice! Staff was exceptionally friendly:)

It was perfect for our trip, just the two of us, there are times where you feel like you're standing on top of each other, but that didn't bother us, we only used the space to sleep really. It can be a bit stuffy in the room, but you can get a plug in fan to make up for that.

The hubs are very small, but nothing you wouldn’t expect. Not much space to move around.

Everything was perfect! The best hostel experience I have ever had. The mini dorms are more spacious than appears in the photos. There is a mini kitchenette that you can use to microwave good or heat up water.
