GermanyFirst of all the hotel is not open 24/7 and if not 24/7 I believe that the fact they close the hotel for a few hours in the noon is a big negative. The price of the cheapest room could be lowered according to the room condition, broken toilet door walls destroyed and In need of a good paint, and also the curtains could need a wash since they were very very dirty. In the end of the day the stay was just ok because we were there pretty much only for the night but still some things could be changed
The only positive about this hotel is the free parking and also the location which was right next to the center of Sittard. The person at the reception was also kind.

United KingdomI got a message at 21.01 on the day to tell me that the hotel was closing at 23.00 - I was driving, so didn't see it we had arranged check in between 22.00 and 23.00 which was accepted but didnt know it was closing at 23.00 - we just made it and got a room which was a bit basic The shower had no curtain, no mat, the head wasnt fixed to the wall and the taps awkwardly positioned - my colleague tried to adjust the temperature with the shower head in his hand trying to stop it spraying onto the floor and slipped splitting his head open - we rang down for help but there was nobody there - no access to a first aid kit or no idea how to get to a hospital - when we raised it in the morning, they didnt seem to be too bothered They also brought breakfast to our table instead of putting it on the buffet - so between us we got 2 pieces of ham, 4 pieces of cheese and salami, 2 boiled eggs and some bread - nobody asked if we wanted more ham or cheese There seemed to be no interaction between the staff, as they obviously left the hotel unmanned during the night, and disappeared after dishing out the breakfast - I have stayed in better

United KingdomWe were not aware that this hotel would be closed from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm every day. Once this was explained we worked around their opening hours, so apart from the first day it was not an issue for us.
Staff really looked after my elderly father during his five day stay. He was upgraded to a first floor room free of charge, as the Manager thought he would struggle to reach the second floor.

ItalyThe room was pretty small and with a low ceiling and the mattress non particularly comfortable. But nothing really negative. The major issue for me was the hotel wifi which sometimes was very slow.
Good position in Sittard, also confortable to reach Maastricht. The bathroom and cleaning were ok. The price-quality ratio was extremely good given the prices for hotels in that area in that period.
