Door to ‘mobility room’ heavy: if alone in wheelchair, you have to move fast to avoid it closing on the rear of it. Hard to open from inside for same reason. Luminaire lift music early in morning :-(

Room spacious, kept very clean, ‘mobility room’ properly equipped with emergency cords. Knowledgeable and helpful concierges. Very handy for tram stops at Centraal.

Nice, fairly new, hotel in a great location for Eurostar travellers. Centraal Station a few minutes walk with great connections to the whole city. Loved Luminair and spent most evenings enjoying cocktails🍸and fantastic views over the city skyline. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little chaotic with the toaster area a bit of a pinch point with people queuing in a congested area. Suggest re-siting that particular offering. On the whole, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return 👌

Perhaps would be prudent to explain to the guests the breakdown of the charges (regardless whether paying by cash or card) & if there was anything to note on the checkout day. There was a small hiccup where we had to come back to pick up our cash deposit after check out (we weren't aware there was a deposit included in the amount paid). But it was a small issue and there wasn't any inconvenience caused. :) The staff were very apologetic.

Loved the warmth exuded by all the staff at the hotel: from the reception, to housekeeping, concierge, to all the servers at the restaurant during breakfast. Special mention to the staff at reception (including the interns) for being so kind to offer us more than one cookie and water. Leanne was so amazing and warm during our check in process. The location and breakfast spread (highly recommended) were fantastic too, but it was the generosity and hospitality of the staff that really stood out to us. Will definitely recommend this further and come back to Doubletree Hilton again when I'm back in Amsterdam.

The room is a bit outdated for 4 star hotel but I think they are having some renovations so hopefully will be a bit modern.

The staff very friendly especially Jerome and Stella. I would give them 10/10 for their exceptional attention. Jerome showed me what to do and where to go and how to use the public transport. My 3 year old daughter love Stella as she is very friendly. Cheers to both of them.

TV location in room, needs to be on a swivel as it is fixed and faces the wardrobe.

Room was just perfect, overlooked the city, facilities are just fabulous. Would highly recommend the breakfast, caters for everyone and such value for money. Warm cookies at check in and the staff so welcoming. Would definitely return or use this hotel chain again

Booking.com gave us incorrect information stating that the sky bar was closed for refurbishment until June so we didn’t go to it until the last night… when I double checked and in fact it was completed in June 2023! So booking.com’s info was incorrect!

The train track noise is predicted but the rooftop bar music noise is not expected and unacceptable. We stayed on 7/F floor and can still hear the music from the rooftop bar all night long. If you are sensitive to noise, don’t stay in this hotel. No bottles of water and tissue box are provided.
