Nothing bad, but many Mariott's in other countries seem to be of a higher level with better rooms

The room was exceptional, very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Very good bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo. Very good view, large smart TV.

The room wasn't very clean. I found a eye contact on the carpet floor. In the shower there is some black mold between the tiles. Nothing a quick scrub wouldn't clean, but still. And I was shocked to find a book of mormon in the drawer. I did not expect the reach of this cult to go this far, that they would plant their book in hotel rooms.

It was very quite and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to see the air-conditioner could go fairly cold, as the room was a bit warm at first, and usually hotels have it blocked at around 19°C. But after setting the thermostat to 18°C the room cooled down nicely.

Our room was on the 8th floor. On the 9th floor they were making renovations which started at 7:30 a.m on a Sunday. That was really annoying, it interrupted our sleep and it didn't stop till the checkout.

The location was perfect because I had a venue at the world forum which was a. 6 minute walk.

From booking.com we bookred family rooms and at the Hotel, we had to add additional money to get family rooms in the same floor. Personally, I think this is more for Booking.com inclarity to improve and ensure families rooms are closer and not separated.

The welcoming was fantastic.

Value for money is low. The room is tiny, and I had a superior room. Q-tips, cotton buds, slippers are non-existent (apparently I'm supposed to ask for it?!). And they cannot issue a proper company invoice for intra-EU companies so we can claim the tax (reverse charge note on the invoice following the EU directive). All in all, I will definitely look for another hotel for my visit in couple of months.

Location is superb if you love the beach, and the hotel is clean. The staff service is fantastic, I had a problem with the safe, it was fixed immediately next day, while they offered a workaround solution until then.

Breakfast good but exorbitant price! EUR 27.00! In this are of the Hague there is not much choice but to eat in hotel

Everything was fine, cannot say anything negative.

The property is located in the nice neighborhood of the Hague, in close proximity to bus and tram stops. The room is nice and clean. A special appreciation to breakfast with delicious pancakes and apt variety of fresh fruits. I also wanted to give a special note for the staff, which is super friendly and helpful.

Bit further from tram stop than expected - might be issue if you have big luggage to walk to hotel. My luggage was small so not too much of a hassle.

family studio does not have 2 real separated rooms : the main bedroom is only physically separated from the other room with the sofa-bed through a large screen TV. No intimity.

Very kind reception desk. They have supported a special request supporting shipping a parcel at the post office. Close enough to restaurants.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms were very nice for the money. Indeed it was extremely good value. The bar and restaurant manager was very nice and kindly compensated for poor food and service due to lack of staff.

The hotel is an excellent choice for visiting den Hague and the nearby town of Delft. My wife and I had an excellent stay. The breakfast was expansive and sumptuous. We will definitely come back again.

That I had to pay for the room despite paying for it via booking.com, and that the room did not have a ventilation fan in the bathroom to help get rid of steam. Finally the air con only went down to 20°C I wanted it colder at night because I always feel warm during the night.

No coffee machines in the room, no bathrobes/slippers, no water/soft drinks in the mini fridge in case of an emergency need.

Area location, room configuration, choice of colors for the.furniture, walls and carpet. Very kind staff at Reception. Breakfast..very good.
