A bath in the bathroom would have been great. The road outside was quite noisy .

The chefs tasting menu was terrific. Great value for the money and cooked very nicely. Breakfast was also good. The room was clean and tidy.

Cosy, friendly hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had to arrive late but the hotel was very accommodating for that!

The only drawback is there is no elevator. If you have heavy bags you'll get a workout. But this is a minor consideration. (We stored our heavy bags downstairs.)

I've stayed at Trix before and was delighted to go back. The hotel is charming and in a leafy suburb. The room was spacious, modern and comfy. The restaurant is outstanding and the inclusive breakfast very welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

There was nothing to dislike. The staff were extremely pleasant and polite, nothing seemed to trouble them. It was an excellent venue to complete our holiday.

Room was comfortable, well presented and clean. Dinner in restaurant was excellent and very filling, tasty and well presented. Breakfast was very good. A good choice to start the day off.

Nothing essential or worth mentioning

Good bed, nice room, quiet location (hardly any traffic at night), fantastic environment to take walks (woods/fields). Less than 100 m from bus stops to city of Arnhem, 15 min drive. Fast and good kitchen, when in a hurry we had a good meal and drinks and were on our way within 45 min. We liked the choice of fish/flesh/vega and the quality of the meals. There were no problemn checking in 2 hours before the official check-in time

Minor gripes such as the shower cubicle is of a size whereby flooding the rest of the bathroom is not a problem. however this appears endemic in Holland and certainly room cleaning ensured there was nothing to worry about. Additionally perhaps the menu is a little over ambitious and could be simplified in terms of ingredients and menu options. However I stress these are really minor points when considering how much we enjoyed the whole experience. Brilliant staff and brilliant stay...what more can you ask for.

Just about everything. This is a gem of an hotel which exceeded expectations. From the outset we we were made to feel most welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Even when we had credit card issues (NB Master Card usage can be problematical in Holland) their attitude was exemplary. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage. Please note whatever minor criticisms they are far outweighed by the excellent facilities and even better staff. Fabulous stay in Arnhem truly enhanced by this excellent hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It was all fine.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very sufficient, and the accommodated my dietary needs. Its not really near any major amenities but wS suitable for the night.

As a one night stop over on the way to the Hook of Holland ferry it was ideal.The location was easy to find and also convenient for visiting the Arnhem sites. Parking free and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was served to the table. Choices of meat cheese and egg. The room we had was located on the front with a Juliet balcony. Access to the rooms was via a steep staircase. We are both in our late 70’s and found it OK. Road noise was not noticeable with the doors shut. Air conditioning was excellent. We would certainly use again if using that route.
