Adjoing door in room but I could have asked to move if I was that bothered.

Great location. Only slight issue was room had an adjoining door. Bring ear plugs but purely because the hotel is in the middle of the city!

Not what I expect from an NH Hotel! The room furniture ist very old, very used and everything looks cheap and kind of neglected. The carpets on the floors and in the rooms are also old and have a lot of stains. Everything is acceptable clean, if you do not look to closely. The staff was friendly, but a bit slow. If it would be a 3-star hotel, everything would be fine. But for a 4-star hotel this is low quality.

The location is great! Right in the center with everything you need in walking distance.

The hotel was close to the train station, which was very convenient for us as we travelled to other cities such as Delft, Den Haag and Scheveningen and Noddorp to see old places after 27 years.... Good memories....they changed a lot.

Unfortunately the bedside table was broken which spoilt the overall feel of the room. The staff were generally good but on the final morning when we were checking out they were unable to give us the parking discount due to lack of tickets and did not offer any option to remedy this but were quite dismissive. When we entered the room some welcome strawberries had been left by the previous occupant of the room and were mouldy. Our towels were also removed each day although we hung them up as requested and this resulted with housekeeping removing my dressing gown with the towels which has now been lost.

Breakfast was excellent choice and quality, the room was very big and very clean. Some of the staff were very helpful but not all and it appeared that they did not communicate with each other over our issue which had to be explained several times and this could have been avoided by putting some notes on our booking.

We booked 2 rooms and had to replace each card to each room 5 or 6 times due to some issue that couldn't be solved during our 3 night stay.

For one night it was all ok.

There is an interesting old school hotel. I liked that the owners try to catch the modern tendencies and implement some of them. The room is big and it was very good.

The place is quite old and outdated. Parking costs are extra and costs a whopping 30€ per night

The location is excellent and the staff are helpful and efficient. The hotel is clean and secured. There is a McDonald's right across and a lot of restaurants and entertainment around.

Not very modern. Lights were far from the bed. No smart tv. First room card didn’t work. Kettle could be clean.

The room was probably from the 80’, not enough heating to warm the room,carpet I believe was there since 1962. Reception offered a portable heater which could not cope.

Location wise was great, central and loads of shops and restaurants around, room was very big but veeery cold.

Carpet in bedroom is dusty and old. Room needs renovations,for a 4 star hotel you expect higher standing. No free bathrobes.

The close proximity to the city center and to the parking lot. The welcoming water with the sweets and the easy check-in and check-out. The security offered by the elevator (only client accessibility). A fridge in the room.

Some of the furnitures were old a little bit ruined.

The location was really close to the city centre and every place could be reached on foot. The room was more spacious than I expected.

Coffee making facilities in the room weren’t great and the shower wasn’t very powerful on the 7th floor. Check in took a while. The hotel bar was closed when we got back to the hotel at 10.30pm.

Excellent location and good sized rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free sweets on arrival.

There is a big list of ammenities, but they do not actually have all of them. There are connectors in the list of ammenities, but there were no suitable connectors. You can buy them in their store though.

The staff is friendly. The room was clean.
