Not a big deal but in the room toiletries did not include shampoo, conditioner and douche-caps, there were only douche gel and liquid soap.

Very kind staff. Nice structure, large room, very clean. Good spa facilities. Good breakfast and choice of restaurants.

the price for the food is high. I also didn't like that hotel guests had to pay for the parking. there are no relax rooms where people can have a nap or read a book in a quiet area

I did think there were not a lot of other facilities than pools. Only one sauna and one steam room. I think there could be more facilities for a spa. There were a lot of hairs in the shower / bathtub from previous guests. This was not pleasant. Also the glasses in the room were dirty and not cleaned well. There was no airco and it was very warm, for the amount of money you're paying I don't think an airco would be a luxury..

I liked the spa and the facilities at the spa. the spa was open till late. (23h) which was nice. The massage was good. The beds were comfortable.

The fact that they don’t have pool accessories included in the room price: you either need to bring your own bathrobe and slippers or you buy them there.

Location is great, in the middle of nature. Having access to the pools and spa was excellent and relaxing.

The only sauna they have was closed for both days we were there. It was very busy, especially in the different jacuzzis

1. Despite the high price hotel guests do not get accesories for the spa, eg. towels, slippers, bathrobe. 2. Accesories, restaurant and all additional services are very expensive 3. No regular hot sauna available 4. Extremely crowded

The area out back was was not cleaned, table areas, Wednesday, Thursday or early on Fri morning. I asked staff to amend the booking on check in and they did not provide any assistance. Our rooms did not have bed linen or towels changed once during our stay. When I requested a drink from the bar , a staff member asked me to order from server outside. Unfortunately we did not feel staff made meaningful efforts to assist us with booking amendments , and indeed we waited over 35mins for food and on our first evening we waited 40mins to have our drinks served to us. I think we treated staff with respect and we did feel this was reciprocated.

We really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, food in your restaurant was really good. Your bike rental was really helpful. Breakfast on each morning was really good , we really did enjoy your food. Thank you.

The breakfast was very underwhelming and not properly refilled. Warm foods were cold. There is only one elevator and it is really slow so sometimes you need to have some patience

Its a really Nice location close to everything. The Spa is beautiful there is engough to try and see to fill a whole day. The best thing is that you can go from your room straight to the thermen

The whole spa experience was very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the massages, outdoor pool, salt water pool, sauna and steam room. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of choices.
