Spacious apartment with fabulous views over central Rotterdam. Very well equipped. Excellent, helpful reception. Clean and comfortable. Huge double bed. Large luxurious bathroom.

Near the hotel is the HEMA restaurant, where they robbed me and stole my wallet with all the documents and visas, as well as a 1000 euro bag. BEWARE OF WALLETS IN THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU GO THERE!!!!!!!!

The oven had the menu in Chinese and when I announced this, we were assured that someone would come to English but no one has ever come.

The Studio needed some repairs. The booking came with a free taxi if the booking was over £250. It took two days and speaking to four different people to try to sort out the taxi. Finally was informed that the booking had to be made 3-60 days before the booking. Not happy about that.

The room has seen better days: broken light fixture, peeling paint on cabinets, cracks, stains on the sofa, damaged light fixture, all of which can be attributed to wear and tear, which is somewhat understandable. What disappointed was the cleanliness of the room: a layer of grime/dust covered vents, and there was a smell that persisted throughout our stay. **The hotel staff did offer us different rooming, which we declined as the alternatives were not to our liking either. They instead came to our room, assessed the issues, and promptly had housekeeping and maintenance clean & repair what needed attention.**

The view is amazing! The property is centrally located, with dining and shopping within walking distance. If you want to venture off futher there are multiple transportation options near by. This was one of the few accomodations with a 2-bedroom option, which has your own washer/dryer.

Room smelled because the heating was from the ground where there is some sort of plastic covering the entire ground which smelled plastic-like due to it getting hot. When we arrived, there was absolutely no soap, shampoo or body wash. Limited housekeeping comes every 3 days and only changes the towels, nothing else.

Location was exceptional. Room was big with great view.

The noise was a bit more than I was expecting where you can hear everything that happens in the hallway by the elevator. The shower area also had paint peeling from the walls, and the shower itself was a really cheap one. Coffee machine was also pretty basic and did not work well. Nothing major though. I think if someone were to spend another 50 euros a night you might be able to find something slightly nicer, but everything considered this was a nearly perfect stay. I would rather put that 50 euros extra per night into having more fun outside my room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great and the room and view were both stellar. Close to everything and I had a good time and more importantly a good sleep. Kitchenette had what I needed to make some basic quick meals. There is lots to do nearby, and plenty of places to eat and have a coffee. I would stay here again next time I visit Rotterdam.

I would have given a 10 out of 10. Why I didn't? We had an empty fridge?! What would have been amazing is some milk, bread, some eggs, cheese or ham, some salt/pepper, olive oil It would have been that extra touch just to have those little things. It would have saved us going shopping everyday!

Absolutely loved the apartment. Modern chic futuristic. Massive balcony overlooking the main shopping street. Great views.

We discovered on the first night of our stay that the heating in the room did not work. When we left the next morning to go out for the day we told reception that the heating did not work and they said they would have maintenance look at it. When we got back that night the heating was still not working. It was another 2 days before maintenance came to look at the heating and said they need another company to come and fix it. We were there for 6 nights and we never had any heating for the whole stay, except for a small fan heater which maintenance delivered on night 4. It was super cold out, even snowing on a couple of occasions and as a result of no heating in the room I ended up with a bad cold that I couldn't get rid of for 2 weeks.

The apartment is centrally located for shopping and sightseeing, walking distance to everything. It is close to the Centraal station which was convenient for our day trips to Den Haag and Delft. There were washing machines available in a common area downstairs which were available for use which was very convenient. The apartment that was originally allocated to us did not reflect the apartment we had chosen and what showed on the Booking.com app. We specifically chose a corner apartment as it showed that the bed was at the other end of the apartment to the living room which worked for us as I go to bed earlier than my husband and it meant he wouldn't disturb me. The room we were allocated had the lounge virtually located at the end of the bed which would not work. We spoke with a girl at reception (I feel bad that I never got her name but she was a Spanish girl and she was very helpful). When I showed her the pictures of the room that was listed on our booking on the app, she showed us that specific room and told us she would upgrade us to that room. We were very grateful.

Location ! Right in the center so very easy to explore the city. Its closed to shopping area and all foods shops such as Burger King which is only steps away! The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Definetely will go back. Highly recommended.
