Bring back the restaurant. Breakfast was good, dinner would be great even if it's only light meals for travellers held up by a late running DB Schenker ICE train.

Breakfast was good. Handy for the railway station and secure cycle parking (we used both). Utrecht is an expensive city making this good value for money. Entertaining view from the balcony of the busiest cycle path in Europe. Handy for local restaurants and the historic part of the city.

My room had a balcony in which the doors were not insulated properly at all so i was able to hear everything happening outside, it’s valid to have some noises since the hotel is in the heart of the city but that was too much to the point that it felt like i was sitting outside. the hairdryer is old and did not work well.

The location is perfect since it is extremely close to a concert venue nearby as well as the central station.

The pillows were uncomfortable to me - too soft, but that is a matter of a personal preference. There was a church nearby so the sleep could be difficult because the bell was loud enough but the hotel has provided earplugs. My main area of improvement is the breakfast - no joghurt or fruit salad, fruits were extremely scarce, more like a boutique decoration and also there was almost nothing sweet. I did not also like the soap - it was a difficult to squeeze and not so nice to wash with conditioner. There were also people who smoked weed and was strictly forbidden, but sadly the hotel could not find them and take action.

Location was excellent - 5 mins walking distance from the train station and close to many shops and a shopping centre. The room was good enough - spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly and overall my impressions are positive. Hotel has provided earplugs for the neighbouring church - very considerate of them. In any case, this hotel did much better than the Leonardo hotel in Antwerpen.

The bathroom was little grubby....toothpaste spit underneath the mirror, the glass door of the shower wasn't cleaned from the last guest. Some of the tiles around and underneath the sink hadn't been wiped. The coffee machine didn't work.

Great location and I appreciated the free upgrade. Bed was comfortable and room quiet.

I do not very much like a bath tube for showering. Atleast there was a firm well placed grip.

Very good bed, room with coffee machine and coffee pds and thea facility. Bathroom very clean. Location is outstanding both for culture (music) as shopping. Good breakfeast, well stuffed.

Room we got had no air conditioning (it was cold) and it was already expensive just for a one night stay, however location, staff and cleanliness made up for it.

The room faces the street and the window does nothing to keep sound out. The traffic as well as music and people shouting in the middle of the night could be heard loud and clear. Also the main room had no lamp on the ceiling, there were only two small lamps on the nightstand and the desk, respectively.

The hotel is right in the middle of town about 5 minutes from the train station, so everything is within walking distance.

The room was a bit of a let down, it had carpeting, which I didn't see in the photos, also the bathroom in the room had no lock, so you can't have much privacy, one of the chairs in the room had the legs twisted and the table was crooked, so it could be better, the rooms are due for a facelift. Also speaking of lifts, the hotel lift is a bit on the small side, our family had a hard time fitting with all our luggage.

The breakfast was really good, there was a lot of options, like fruits, juice, coffee as well as pastries. With eggs, bacon and sausage. The location was exceptional, right near the Mall and the Train Station, close to a lot of museums and downtown.
