Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Facilities in the room could be more. Especially the lighting was insufficient. Even the amenities were limited. There are no phones in the rooms to dial the reception, but that was the case in most hotels there.
I liked the concept of an early breakfast from 4 am, with a limited menu, which is very convenient for travellers checking out very early morning. The full breakfast starts at 6.30 am and is just excellent with an elaborate menu and choices. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport is very convenient. You buy tickets on the bus; keep sufficient time in hand as the bus stops at a few more hotels and passengers take their time to board. During arrival, check with the hotel in advance for the shuttle details. I could not locate it at the airport and finally booked a cab, which was way too expensive.

Parking was quite expensive, and I thought it was advertised as free ( but could be I just remember wrong). Rooms were not spotless clean.
Coffee in the common sitting area was really good! And breakfast was super good! It was nice to find a gym in the hotel, although it was a bit small and limited

Location is 7 mins by car to airport, not suitable for walk but there is shuttle for 8 Euro per person,could be free. In the room there was one pillow per guest, could be more.
Good price, good breakfast,clean room and bathroom. Reception was helpful, you can also keep your luggage in hotel. Perfect for short stay.

The bed with separate sheet very confortable. The room was clean and functional. The early breakfast was good. Location is not far from airport when having a very early departure. Then the S55 shuttle is efficient to reach it.

The Hotel staff are so accommodating from the reception to housekeeping. Each one of them is so helpful. Range of breakfast serve are full of varieties and the coffee and tea available for 24/7 which is the thing. Also, airport shuttle bus is so handy and the transpo to and from to downtown is so accessible.

Clean enough.. but could be cleaner. Had to hitch the door up to lock it - might be hard to unlock in an emergency.
Quiet despite being near airport! :) Comfortable sleep. Warm. Good shower. Nice staff. Efficient automated self check in/out with staff nearby to help if needed. Good food. Good value. Well stocked gym. Convenient shuttle (paid bus but goes straight to hotel).

The aircon is relatively loud.
Close to the airport, cheap and frequent shuttle, no noise from planes. Room is very basic but has everything needed for a night. Breakfast decent.

While the room rate is very convenient, bear in mind that all extras are pricey, such as anything bought at the bar and the bus fare to/from the airport. But OK, this is Norway!
Handy for those using the airport as it is only 5-minute bus ride. I liked the self-check in/check out experience: easy and fast. Room not on the big side, but comfortable, even when a chair would be needed to seat comfy at the desk because the armchair provided is rather low-slung. Complimentary tray very appreciated. Top rate breakfast: quite a treat for hungry risers!

Tiny bathroom so when showering water was everywhere. A lot of snow in the parking lot and no free parking
Clean, really good bed, excellebt breakfast with an alternative glutenfree and lactosefree products. Was able to have my dog with me for an extra fee.

A suggestion would be a small fridge in the room for food.
I stayed as a solo traveller for 2 nights. Beautiful warm, clean room and bathroom with a view of the airport and snow! The sitting room downstairs and dining area was stunning, with a large fresh selection of food. The staff were super helpful in helping with busses and trains so I could get into Oslo for the day, which was super easy and quick. Would absolutely stay again!
