눉Since we arrived late (as many other guests) after a whole day traveling by train for the fjords, we where tired, and we get our "triple" room key. The first thing is that our room was not in the Hotel building. It was located in other building in another street close to the hotel (circumstance that, as the receptionist noted, generated complaints among other guests). The entrance to the other "hotel" was shared with a local pub. When we get to the room they were only two beds instead of three, and the worst part it was a small room with no space for an extra bed. We went to the other building, due to that the reception was there, and we talked again with the receptionist. When we explained the situation he told as "yes that can be a problem, haha only two beds for three". He told us that someone made a mistake and gave us an incorrect room, but that the hotel was fully booked so we needed to spend the night there. We were completely pissed out with the situation and he offered to look for an extra bed and put it in the room. We waited at the room (23 pm already) for half and hour. Then the receptionist showed up with an folding extra bed for me (I'm 185 cm tall) that besides it was broken, as you can observe in one of the pictures. He apologized due to the delay but that at that time, he was the only person working in the hotel . As we presumed there was no space for the bed, but he managed to fit it in between the beds and the desk, with no more space in between, so if somebody wanted to go to the toilet during night needed, literally, to jump or either trample on other people sleeping (see pictures). The poor guy (it wasn't his fault) started to make the bed. We told him that it was impossible to sleep like this, he apologized saying that was the only solution he can made. We ask him for talking with the hotel manager, because we were really angry and we wanted a solution, on the contrary we won't pay.
눇The hotel manager finally reimburse us part of the money due to we didn't get the kind of room we booked (double room instead of triple).

눉The equipment was pretty old. Balcony door was not properly closing hence it was a bit cold at night. The staff seems not caring very much about the guests, until you check in. There is no luggage room, if you arrive early they let you leave your luggage in the lobby by stating 'It is your own risk'. Wi-Fi was not working from the rooms, and it was very poor in the lobby. Don't let 'breakfast included' phrase catch you, because there is no breakfast buffet. In the morning they deliver to your room door a sandwich and a juice, which I believe is not naturally from the fruit but includes lots of sugar and additives.
눇It is in the walking distance to the central station and the center of the city.
