Horrible view. No thin curtain to see outside without being visible to every train passenger. They had many rooms available with a slightly better condition but they insisted I should stay in the lowest and most exposed ones.

The room was really poorly lit, just one upper light not even in the centre of the room where the beds are, bedside lamps also don't do much. Would be great to have a kettle in the room and a fridge, even a shared one in the corridor. Also my card wasn't working once and it had to be magnetised again.

The rooms were a bit too warm at night (ok with an open window), not the best ventilation. Other than that ok for the price (considering it’s Trondheim).

The location is great. The entire city center is within walking distance. I also liked the small coffee bar downstairs.

Closing the doors at 11.00pm meant I missed the last ten minutes of a football match I was watching in a nearby pub.

If the ferry had docked where they said it would it would have been a perfect location. Unfortunately it berthed some distance away and it was a long walk - but bus, ferry and train were all nearby.

No hairdryer in the room. Who wants to come down 3 floors to borrow a hairdryer each day? Breakfast not worth the price. Better to go to a cafe and have a fresh croissant and coffee.

time for check in was too much 10' i was waiting together with two more persons , of the reason nobody was in reception when i was arrived, also was a phone number but when i took for her line comes after 10'... if you are a receptionist you must to be at your position and to waitig for the cst.

The room was comfortable nice ensuite. Due to double glazing there was absolutely no noise even though it was next to the train station. Breakfast and dinner were of a high standard. Bacon was served!

Single beds were quite small and the mattresses would slip off the side - but they were still comfortable and met our needs for a short stay.

Great location and very reasonably priced room. Rooftop bar was a nice addition as well.

Short notice booking for overnight due to train cancellation.. so arrived late and left early but the hotel provided everything we needed. Lovely location.
