Interior cheaply made but still all good.

The host was great and happy to explain what to visit in the area. Plenty of space in the accomodation. Confortable. Car park very easy. Nice view of the mountain from the dining table. Quiet area.

Lack of public transport to the hotel. But they have bikes you can rent and the owner is super helpful, going out if his way to make things work for his guests.

Loved the apartment, had everything you could need and the balcony and surroundings were just beautiful. Peace and quiet off the beaten track.

location was very beautiful. supermarket, bakery very nearby. from there its perfect to take the scenic route . they did provide the baby cot and baby chair which was very helpful. It might be a little cramped up for the family of 4 to stay there. for a night it was not such a problem. bed linens and towels were included so that was good!

The charger for EV is very slow. 20%-53% after one night charging. The charging price is not reasonable though it's relatively cheap. But it didn't do a good job....

Sunny the lady in the reception is warm and helpful. Standard gard, clean and convenient. Smart cost-effective choice if you want to escape the chaos in Flam and Aurland town.

Bathroom felt a little basic, but not different to the pictures.

Loved the location - so much nicer and more peaceful than nearby Flåm. Lovely gardens. Easy to check in. Also the free tea bags at reception were a nice touch!

Had a strange odor probably from the bathroom. Needs a little bit renewal. The machine (pos) didn't accept our credit cards at the day of the arrival. The problem solved by transferring the money to a bank account. The next day we got a receipt although it said on it "not proof of purchase".

Guests should bring own shampoo/shower gels. However, there are options to purchase this from the reception which is not a bad thing. We were prepared with this so all good for us.

Hosts were very flexible for check-in. Our car hire was late from Oslo which had a knock-on effect on our drive to Skahjem Gard. We phoned the hosts and informed them and they satyed up to check us in late at around 10 pm. Location is nothing short of spectacular!! Highly recommended.

I loved the location in a beautiful valley and especially that it was a bit off the beaten track and away from any hordes of tourists. The host was friendly and thorough, the space was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

- We arrived without a Norway phone sim so had to wait a while before someone came to help us check-in. - They were unable to charge my international credit card and we had to pay in cash as their system could not process it. I tried with 3 different cards that were otherwise working perfectly at other hotels, restaurants & petrol pumps in Norway, but their system would not accept them.

- Apartment was very large and comfortable. Easy to find on Google Maps. - Marty was very nice and helpful. She hgave us some good local recommendations for hikes & restaurants.
