Reception staff lacked Ccurate knowledge of the area.

The view wasn't great. We were looking at a burnt down house. The beds were of good quality, but much to soften for us.

It was a bit of light on the blinders that we could not close properly and the lights of mini fridge on the bedroom was turning on and off all the time during the night which bothered us a bit. I didnt raise the complain to hotel staff but i hope someone does.

The location was close the ferry as we stayed in the same hotel as part of out initial trip we decided to stay one more night on our way back home and also the value payed was cheaper than others hotels in the same area.

It was a misunderstanding on the breakfast time. We were informed during check-in that the breakfast was 06.30 but in fact the breakfast was actually from 07.30 which make us eat really fast hence we had an appointment at 08.30.

The location was great. We had to take the ferry on the next day and it was couple of minutes driving.

Poor breakfast. We needed prompt 6.30am breakfast as catching early ferry. Breakfast room not opened until 6.35am after hammering on locked door. Hot food was cold, eggs hard. Orange juice dispenser empty, no cereals available, no napkins. Only 1 person to manage breakfast.......they need to employ more staff. The bathroom was a bit whiffy....inadequate ventilation or a blockage somewhere.

No fridge in room which is rather poor. , I couldn't work aircon (if it's there) during a heatwave! Room service for cleaning is not very thorough

Great location as it is right on the high street. Close to a bus station and the few tourist attractions like beach and mountain view. All restaurants are on the high street and hotel has own restaurant which closes really late which is very convinient

Some equipment looked a bit old-fashioned, especially plastic taps in the bathroom. Walls would need some repaint, tiles in the shower were cracked. There are construction works around the hotel at the moment. Because of this, it doesn't look so nice from outside. For one-night stand it was ok.

Receptionists were nice and helpful. We welcomed free acces to tea and coffee in the lobby. You can also make tea or coffee in your room. Side entrance leads to the main road, which allows you discover the city quite easily.. We stayed for one night, so we appreciated short distance to the main bus station. We loved breakfast. It contained also some local specialities (smoked salmon, caviar, brown cheese).

The outside of the hotel is a not so charming.

The room was fine with an extra bed. And a good breakfast in the connected Egon-restaurant which made it nice location.
