Mr. Tara, manager of the restaurant went above and beyond all our expectations in preparing and serving us Pure Veg JAIN food with all our specifications. Truly appreciate the effort. The hotel staff was warm and cordial. However we found the receptionists abit less interested in giving us clarity on all our questions and did not provide the best rates for all safari and canoeing experience. There is another place just opposite the hotel run by another local which provides the same services at more reasonable prices. Overall a decent experience.

The staff was really helpful. My friend and I were a bit crunched for time and they were able to pick us up from the airport, take us on a private safari and a private sunrise bird watching walk with a guide. And then also coordinated our transfer to Lumini. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff are a bit "business-oriented" but kind and helpful, food can be improved at both breakfast and dinner, pool area would need some renovation.

Wonderful location in the rural area around 2km walking distance from the village (super nice walk). Free pick-up and drop-off from/to the bus station. Very large, well maintained and quiet room, comfortable bed, 24/7 hot water, mosquitoes net and repellent, 2 lt bottled water provided every day, and even flip-flops. Staff booked a Swift bus to Pokhara that wasn't very good (my back still feels it), but that might have been the only option and roads were under construction along the way.

Due to having stairs for reaching the rooms even for first floor, it is not suitable for people with disabilities. (May be the hotel has a plan for it which I am not aware of)

I stayed there for 3 nights, the room were clean and spacious. The staff were very polite. The AC in the the room was great. Due to the weak electricity of Saurah the hotel had a great backup generator. Overall the hotel was nice and good and I would recommend it to other tourists. They even had free shuttle to and from the bus station.

We had a phenomenal time at Green Park. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, as was lunch and dinner. All of the staff at the restaurant were helpful and Prashant was fantastic! The hotel has lots of safari options available which are reasonably priced, frequent and incredible. The guides who work for the hotel are extremely knowledgeable which made the safari experience really interesting. I would recommend Green Park to anyone visiting Chitwan. It truly was a fantastic place to stay where we could relax and experience some awesome nature.

Only 2 umbrellas at the pool area and 8 well worn loungers, there should be more loungers and umbrellas to shade at the pool. Staff should check towel supply at the pool, they ran out a couple of times.

great haven away from the hustle of the town. lots of choice of a la carte meals. Meals were well cooked and exceptional great value for money and wine not too pricey. restaurant manager very friendly.

Location with nothing to do in the neighbnorhood. However, the resort was very comfortable.

facilities including water pressure&temperature, bedding, moods, the restaurant and the pool were totally great and cost effective. more over, every staff there were totally kind and nice. they were always on smile whenever i come across. especially i thank the operation manager for helping me when i struggled to get bus tickets😂 even after i check-out, he helped me. i really appreciate that. i will definitely come again when i have a chance to come to sauraha again!

Bed to hard, water was not always hot, and unfortunately a wedding next door so we had 30 hours of very loud traditional music.

Everything is perfect! The rooms are awesome. Spacious, clean, cosy, comfortable, quiet with nice and relaxing terraces, equipped with rocking chairs and view on the lush garden. The staff is very attentive and professional. The swimming pool is well maintained and inviting. Highly recommended. The best choice in Sauraha.

The location and staff are exceptional. The local tour guide is very knowledgeable. Ravi was outstanding as a guide and had all knowledge about the Flora and Fauna. He helped us spot so many animals in the safari. Would definitely visit again.
