The room was not that clean, the furniture was old, and the outlets didn't work in our room.

The location is perfect, close to the shops and Durbar square. The staff is really friendly. Nice terrace on the roof of the building - the best place for having a rest in this hotel. Workers of the hotel helped us with organizing transportation to Ramechhap, the prices were good.

I stayed in two different rooms. The first only had one working outlet. The second had working outlets, but I think there was a link with the sink. All in all, an okay place to stay, but things might not work.

Our staying here was very good, the guys at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. We arrived there after 1 in the morning cause of delay of the bus, and he was so welcoming even at that hour in the night. The breakfast is a 10 for a small price. The rooms are really nice for the price you paid and the location is perfect. The travel agency in this place is run from a nice guy, but it didn't work for us cause I lost 100 € to planning at the last minute for the day after , the flight was cancelled, and the bank kept this big amount of tax to do nothing so I can not express myself with a great point of view. Definitely, if you want to plan the Everest tour, go with enough time to reschedule your programs without needing to ask for a refund because you gonna lose your money and your time. Everything else is incredible! Love Nepal and loved Khangsar House. Gosaikunda Lake hike , highly raccomend, but go by bus, not by jeep.

As smoking in the rooms are not allowed, perhaps an ashtray on the outside part of the window would help the guests to smoke outside their rooms and respect the rules.

All the staff were super helpful, they provided everything needed for my father and I. It was the best shower we took in a long while in Nepal and India. Location is just perfect, closeby Durbar Square with every facility in a walking distance.

The room firstly assigned (not oriented with sun light) was humid and smoky. Ask for a change of room.
