The access from the street. It is steep and to be fair it normally wouldn't have bothered me but I had stitches. I my leg so steep wasn't good.

Nothing. Very happy. Only comment is it would have been great to have a couple of hotplates in the kitchen. However there was a small George Forman type grill, toaster oven & microwave in the otherwise we’ll set up kitchen plus a bbq on the balcony.

Great location just a 5 minute walk into town & amazing view from the balcony. Very comfortable well set up unit. Lovely comfortable bed. Terrific host that made you feel at home.

The driveway leading to the property is very steep - but you quickly get used to it and parking outside the property is level and easy to access.

Lovely apartment with elevated views from the balcony over Paihia. Super clean throughout. Just minutes on foot from from shops, restaurants and the quayside. Marilyn was a perfect host; made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and even secured discounted tours on our behalf.

A superb location close to town. A fantastic apartment with great facilities and really clean. Marilyn the host was really friendly and really helpful. We even got a Christmas tree. I would recommend this apartment to anybody going to Paihia.

Nothing, it was perfect.

There was nothing to fault at this beautiful property. Marilyn is a lovely, generous host who made us extremely welcome. The studio is brilliant; spacious, spotlessly clean with a great comfy bed. The kitchen is well equipped if you don’t want eat out every night. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax and take in the view. We were sad to leave.

Driveway as others have mentioned is quite steep. If you’re a bit nervous about your driving it would be a problem. Also not something an orthopedically challenged person could walk up/down. Once up the drive, there is an elevator to use to get luggage to your room.

Very roomy efficiency. Marilyn, the host, is delightful. Nicely appointed kitchenette with coffee/tea making facilities, small frig & microwave (no stovetop). Bed v comfortable and nice shower. GREAT view and patio to enjoy!

The driveway is heck of a steep slope. Very scary first time going up. A warning would have been appreciated.

Our 3 day stay was too short. Though we are from Australia we will be back for a longer stay next time.

Marilyn was the perfect host ensuring our overall stay and requirements were well met.The apartment was beyond expectations,beautifully furnished with new and modern pieces topped off with an outside setting complete with BBQ to relax with, while admiring the water views. If this was not enough the unit could be accessed from the garage using the unique lift. WOW

Driveway from road is incredibly steep and would be scary for many drivers. It was also too steep to walk for many older people, consequently you had to drive to find public parking before you could walk anywhere.
