Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom light didn't work. One of the bedside lights didn't work. Broken ranch slider lock was broken and fixed up with chains. Chain locks across the doors didn't inspire a great amount of confidence.
Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Very friendly welcome on front desk.

Fire alarm went off at 2am but there was no communication from staff during this period of time. Bathrooms tired and in need of renovating.
Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good size room. Free shuttle to and from airport on yellow bus. The price was very good.

Room was so good to spend my 2 nights but I did ask so many times to staffs for hot water cattle to do me coffee at night but nothing happen till I check out

Check-in was a bit weird, I was given keys to a room to the motel next door. Not sure why, but it was only a 20sec walk away. The bathroom also had no hand soap, and the shampoo/body wash bottles were empty. Place was a bit tired and rundown, but no big deal. I was only there for one night.
The room was very spacious, comfy bed, and it had a bath tub!! Huge bonus and very much needed after a long day of travel. Restaurant open until 9.30pm was great as I was quite late arriving.

We arrived late at night motel seemed to have many sections
the hotel was close to the airport and you could catch the free yellow shuttle bus to from the airport.

The corridors lol and my first room had laundry bags outside doir
I was having problems with my card and the young man on duty was professional but really helpful then my first room I was given the door was broken and he was very apologetic and gave me another room which yes is expected but I was impressed with his professionalism.

There was people running around making loud noises all throughout the night that kept waking us up. Had a problem with some doors not locking also. Waited over 40 minutes for the coach at the airport.
Close to the airport so was good for out quick stay. We got what we paid for.

Property is a bit dated and the fridge was a bit noisy (the fridge is the only thing i would change)
It was a good stay and location is really close to the Airport. Our stay was practical and hustle free. Would recommend

The hotel serves a practical purpose as a good location for access to the airport, providing a free shuttle service too. It was a bit tired in areas but the staff were great and it was clean and had a restaurant/bar.

Room 117 shower handle - please check it out. I caught my arm on the handle while reaching up to the shower head & it actually tore a chunk of tissue from my left arm. I'm an ex nurse so not faint hearted, but I did have to wear an op site bandage over the wound for my entire 2 week holiday. Otherwise all good.
Bed - very comfortable; restaurant staff & meals - very good; reception - good; car security for 2 weeks - good; ease of getting to airport to fly out, then on return back to hotel from airport with Yellow Bus - great.

The food in the restaurant was not good. We had two meals. 1st meal. The roasts on offer tasted like they were broiled with a brief stint on the BBQ to give them colour and a bit of heat. Roast potato's were near enough to being as cold as the salad. 2nd meal my wife had chicken and mash potato's. No mashed potato's just the same lukewarm to cold roast potatoes and Veges. Poor chicken. My meal was the same miserable vegetables and barely warmed lamb chops. Mostly raw not even rare. I give them 1/2 star out of 5 for being open until 9.30, the only reason we backed for a second meal because everywhere else nearby was closed
Accomodation was dated but roomy and clean. Happy with it. Reception Staff were good.
