Unfortunately black stuff came out of the spa jets when running the bath .....maybe just hadn't been used in a while. Noisy at times due to other guests failing to be considerate to other people who were staying at the motel.

The room was beautiful...loved the bed and space. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, the facilities were great The room was clean and tidy, it was a good motel for a one night get away It was nice and exactly what we needed The showers were good which is a bonus in my eyes

Limited, cramped kitchen facilities, fridge needed defrosting. Light over kitchen sink wouldn't work.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good tv, great spa bath. Even though it's being used mainly for emergency housing and there were reviews complaining about this, we had no problems at all. Countdown supermarket over the road was very useful.

Unfortunately the fridge in the room was a little noisy through the night.

The room was clean and well equipped. The spa bath was amazing and the bed very comfortable. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The grouting in bath area needs attention to look cleaner.A

The room was quite quiet considering the busy traffic close by.Lovely spacious room and comfortable bed.Very good corner bath and shower with good water pressure.Attention could be paid to the grouting at bottom end of bath.A very small microwave in kitchen no other means to cook on but adequate for one night stay.Heat pump kept room nice and comfortably warm.Good curtain and blind coverings for window.

room kind of had a smoke smell as if someone who stayed in there previously use to smoke in it. Some rooms did have emergency housing clients which made it a bit uncomfortable for us every time we would walk up to our room one man was always just standing there it was weird.

Easy check in, room was big amazing value for the price, free parking, close to everything and had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

No soap in the bathroom, bit hard to wash in the spa bath without that. Lucky I had a bar in my bag. Is this motel a social housing provider? Seemed to have long term residents in the rooms below and beside us.

The appearance of the property was shabby with lots of dead leaves/weeds and unkempt first impression . There was rubbish littered around, cigarette butts and I was certain the property was used as emergency accommodation as there were kids darting around barefoot in the car park and plenty of fabric flags adorning the entrance of many units. I could small marijuana for an hour through my top floor no smoking unit. I also worried about my car parked along way from my stair access. I had 30kg work suitcase that I had to lug up stairs as there was no lift.

Location. Impeccably clean. Spacious.comfortable beds and whilst very tired and old, it was comfortable inside.

I think it would be nice to be made aware before booking here that they are also temporary housing. I felt intimidated by a man that was watching us unpack our car. I had a person loudly knock on my door and when I answered they were asking both me and my neighbour if some girl lived here ?! You can get some peace if you have some background noise as the children and other operating noises are constantly going on as well as general city noise.

Room was spotless. Bed very comfortable. Tv is on a bracket, you can move tv around freely. Heat pump was nice. Good shower pressure. Spa bath was very nice too. So many places to eat nearby! I got Uber eats a lot.

No standard plug in bathroom for hair straightener, and no mirror in other rooms near power point. 3 small tea cups but no saucers. Some larger coffee mugs would be worthwhile.

Location - great for going to the rugby or the cricket. Very handy to supermarket and to Speights Ale House.
