The main bathroom leaked terribly.

Very central to everything. We were able to walk to the waterfront to all the restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room in the apartment for 4 people

Really no facilities, not even a drink machine and there was no room servicing at all which I would expect at least twice on a weeks stay. The bed was also only a queen where I would have expected a king for the price and size of the room.

Both bedrooms had little space to put your luggage with no luggage stand provided. You could unpack and use the wardrobe but this wasn't an option when you are only staying one or two nights.

Superb location and large with both couples having their own bathrooms meant that this property was ideal.

There wasnt much we didnt like although some of the living room furniture was a bit dated but it was still comfy , they are renovating the apts so maybe they will upgrade as they go through but would still stay again .

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Tea , coffee , sugar salt & pepper and coffee machine very welcome when arriving . We were very happy there.

Loved everything about our 2 night stay in one of the Studio penthouse apartments (#4a) at the Waterfront. The view from the large terrace is superb. Lots of natural light, very comfortable king sized bed, deluxe double rain shower, functional mini kitchen, welcoming and friendly staff, free onsite parking, onsite washing machine and dryer and perfect, central location. A few minutes stroll to central Queenstown with many restaurants, bars, shops etc.

Wasn't an issue for us due to cooler weather but notable that there was no A/C which seems to be more the norm in NZ in our experience.

superb location for exploring Queenstown- we were able to walk easily to all of the nearby restaurants as well as to meet up with all of our tours and catch the TSS Earnslaw/ Walter Peak BBQ tour. Had a great view of the water and some people watching- Apartment itself was impeccable and very nicely furnished- Had elevator which was handy for baggage- Also had free parking (including outdoor spaces which we needed for our taller vehicle). Convenience store less than 5 min walk away-

All good, nothing we didn't like.

The location was superb, overlooking the lake and in a good position to watch the various boats and other craft coming into the berths/moorings. Two minutes walk into the town made it all very easy. The apartment was well equipped and with an ensuite to the master bedroom and another bathroom for the second bedroom, again, it was all very comfortable. The self catering arrangements suited us. Washing and drying facilities were available in the basement if needed. Parking was a gated underground private car park. A couple of the pieces of furniture were getting a bit worn but that was no trouble to us. Definitely recommend the apartment to others and would use again if we were back.

Second bedroom quite small but didnt impact on our stay at all.

The manager, Bakesh(sorry if spelling incorrect) was outstanding! He happily helped us with every enquiry even offering to park the car in the confined space of the underground carpark - what a credit to the company! Very happy with The Waterfront from accommodating our requests for a high up apartment (no.8) to cleanliness and position. Very handy as central to the heart of Queenstown, no big hills to climb. Highly recommended - thank you for a fabulous stay, wont forget those views!

The location was close to the centre without being in the centre of town. Great views of the lake and mountain. Excellent facilities, including pool, spa and well equipped, spacious accommodation. The warm welcome we received on check in was the best in the 11 locations we have stayed in both the north and South Island.
