Wifi was slow/ intermittent. Hot tub was good but given the size of the complex, often full.

It was loud upstairs for a couple of nights, very far from town & a big walk to the grocery store, would not recommend this place if you don't have a car. Many Ubers & rides refused to go up the hill, it got icy, (no salt was laid down), was very dark at night walking up the hill, didn't have handrails everywhere needed.

Very clean, has very professional staff, a comfy bed, good tv options, reasonably priced. Nice having a kitchenette.

The narrow steep driveway was a little bit scary.

A fantastic, spacious, bright, well equipped apartment. I booked this place for a holiday with my extended family and we were all thrilled. The place was clean and tidy. We had a magnificent view over the township, lake and surrounding mountains. Just a short (20-30 minute) walk to town and local attractions. Loved watching the Gondola travelling up and down the mountain. It was great to relax in the Hot Tub at the end of the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Location abit far from central to walk . Driveway up abit narrow for bigger car. Bed mattress abit soft. a pot cleaning sponge /scrub would be helpful if provided

Our apartment had a shared porch with a few others, so occasionally you would see people walking right past your bedroom/living room window. Mattress was large and reasonably firm, but somewhat "double-sloped" with a "ridge" in the middle.

Good location - walking distance to central Queenstown if you don't mind a short walk uphill on your way back. Property is well maintained and clean with all appliances a family might need for a short stay. Nice modern TVs with Youtube and Netflix in all rooms which kids particularly liked. Good views from the window.

having to pay for the washing machine and dyer whilst located in our unit. limited kitchen facilities

the whole experience was amazing..comfortable beds and lovely having your own en suite...the views were amazing as well. the only downside was for the price we paid for the unit and on the website it stated the unit having a washing machine and dryer to have to pay to use them was not very fair when they were in our unit. also not a good range of kitchen appliances or utilities...extremely limited. the walk up to the unit was VERY steep however it was a lovely walk.

Double beds were a little uncomfortable when sharing with another (slopping sides).

Great apartment, lots of space and every facility we could have asked for. Helpful staff though we barely needed to ask for anything as it was so well catered. Beautiful views. The walk up the hill to get there was well worth it!
