To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Vatican CityI have stayed here before and no complaint about the room size but on this occasion, the room was rather small - having spent two weeks in NZ MIQ, I now always ask myself in every hotel, "Could I spend two weeks in this room?". The room here was totally fine but tiny. Manageable as a single though you'd still go nuts. I could see a murder if I had to share this room with another person. Having said that, The Jet Park is still my airport hotel of choice.

United KingdomThe waiter didn't know how to make up and Campari and orange, making it in a pint sized glass with far too much orange. When we told him how it should be made, he rectified the situation.
The rooms were comfortable, air con worked well, mini fridge and tea making good. Shuttle service provided and worked well. Campari and orange was available! We needed to change the date of our stay and they were very accommodating in agreeing to the change without any additional cost.

Once we got to the property the staff was extremely helpful letting us check in early. Giving us good directions how to return our rental car. The room was very nice clean comfortable and quiet. Even saw they had dog bowls for our 4 legged friends. With that in mind never heard a single one even though we saw a few. The bellman insisted on getting our luggage and putting it in our room. It had been a long day so we decided to use their onsite restaurant which was delicious . One of the reasons we chose this hotel was they had shuttles to the airport for our flight home the next day. Extremely convenient and again fabulous staff. Nabi sp?? Was so friendly and helpful. Well done
