Only one of the toilet buttons worked and there was a huge vent and box in the corner of the room by the bed. Overall, the bathroom facilities could be cleaned a bit better.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with parking and talking us through the facility! It was a good location, but it is hard to find a park near the building to check in without having to go to park in the Wilson building.

Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi has a limit on the number of users and data usage. Also, something seems to be not working quite. Additionally, the parking is not free.

Location The hotel is located right at the heart of the city, which means you can easily walk to all the exciting attractions, restaurants, and public transport options.

The rooms are tired and need upgrading for the price we paid. Holding a bond for so many days is wrong as well.

It was advertised on your site when I booked as 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. When we got our room it was 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom

Very limited car parking, had to pay for street parking on arrival until the next day. Next day staff member found a carpark space underground for us, but gave us incorrect directions to get there, we had to drive back and tell him that access was closed down and get access via another entrance.

Rooms were good, views were excellent from our high level rooms. Walking distance to town centre, restaurants and the bay.

There are minimal areas to wait in lobby if you arrive well before check in. They can hold bags.

We did have cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom when we first arrived. We went out to get a few bits and pieces and on the way out asked the staff for fly spray to spray the rooms in case there were others lingering around. While we were out they came and cleared them away. Also the hall ways smelt like cat litter that needed changed 4 days ago. But other than that loved our 2br room apartment. The big aircon box this was real loud.

Central location easy walk to spark arena and queens street. Heaps of eateries around so made for a handy place to stay. Nice views of the harbour and also the sky tower. Decent sized rooms with built in wardrobes which meant our bags weren’t just lying all over. Also kitchen was full stocked weigh enough glassware. Cutlery. Kitchen supplies. I was stocked with what we got. Beds were comfortable. And big.

A little dated and the building being built next door was very noisy. The gym needs attention - some CRC/Lubricant - pool does not really look like the photo but was nice to have swim.

The room was looking tired, the carpet was stained and there was a rather interesting mark close to ceiling in the single bedroom. The building work happening next door would have been nice to known about as it kicked off at 6am. Perhaps freshen up the room with some paint and change the carpet, also the bathroom door at the bottom had water damage and had swollen and didn’t quite meet the floor. Any corridor noise you could also hear. Honestly, I have stayed in better for less!

The basin in the bathroom was all cracked and looked dirty. Could of had another chair in the room.

Location was great, so central to eateries and bars. We had a small view of the bay from our tiny balcony. Liked that we could open the sliding door, didn’t have to rely on air-conditioning.

Room was paru There were paru eye lashes on the ground and there was left over kai left in room. Probably wont stay there again

Cleanliness

This is the second time i with my family stayed for one night.The main reason i like the place is its view.The view from the top apartments are worth it.I have stayed 26 th floor and this time 33 th floor .Both are top notch for the view.The cleaning wasn’t up to the mark.The carpets were very dirty.Toilet cleaning wasn’t nice.The glasses were not nicely clean.I would love to stay here again.The cleaning should be properly done.Other than this everything was nice as always.
