Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we will post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We will also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.

These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

눉Accommodation very 'tired' with a number of things like the cooker not working properly. Generally not well maintained.
눇Location and staff (when around) were helpful, even did our laundry without charge.

눉It bit too close to the road traffic which seems to be none stop but all the motels run along that road. In the future I'd ask for a room away from the road.

눉Additional power points, for alarm radio and extra computer equipment. Parking may be a limiting factor when busy.

눉I found hair in the bed and where the glasses were it looks like the shevles had never been cleaned dusty as and had to do my own dishes or get a surcharge what the heck, ive stayed in other motels and never had a problem, room was hot as with no aircon.Rooms are out dated with unmatching plates,cups etc.Queen bed was not the best.
눇Location was good area,vaule for money wouldnt pay anymore.

눇Even though we were not in town, we did have a mini mall near us and we did not know how close it was that we could of walked there. Loved the supermarket being across the road.

눉There were no power points in the bedroom to charge electronics.
눇Stayed during Easter Weekend and picked up this accommodation as the very last minute - so thankful it was available! Chester is friendly host and pretty much left us alone. Very convenient location to everywhere especially supermarket across the road! The bedding layout for us was perfect (which wasn't requested), 2 single beds in the bedroom, double bed and couch/bed in lounge area, very comfortable beds.

눉Not enough hot points. Only one double hot point. Hot point is in kitchen which was for microwave, toaster, electric jug. Unable to charge electronics when using kitchen appliances as hot point discharged all battery life left on cell phone..
눇Comfortable bed, good sized rooms. Clean shower. Plenty of towels. Additional towels supplied in mineral spa..

눉It was very hot and no air conditioning or fan - just louvre windows. Didn't like the notice that said if you didn't wash and dry the dishes would be a surcharge. The linen smelt stuffy

눇Chester is a great host, very friendly & accommodating. Rooms are cosy & self contained amenities available. Gr8 wifi & TV. Walking distance to town center and supermarket across the road.

눉That the office was closed up early and we had no info re wifi and mineral pool. Even tho the pool closed at 8.30pm we could not get any response from the office. We had come back after a hard day and were all looking forward to a dip in the pool.
눇Because we booked online there was no need for paperwork at the motel and because we arrived between 8-9pm the owner was ready for bed and so didn't worry about any. This was good as we were tired. However we did not receive any info for the wifi password or the mineral pool.

눉Very run down and dated. WiFi very hit and miss connection. TV bolted to the wall so not easily visible unless you are standing/sitting in front of it. Plethora or notices including one treating to fine you if dishes not washed and put away!. No toiletries provided except tiny bar of soap.The whole place was not welcoming. An NZ motel at its worst
