My son and grandson being the 1st time there was the smell,however allgoods bout it

The smell of sulphur everywhere from thermal springs. No face washers with towels. Room outdated but clean. Very warm due to thermal heaters not being able to be turned off. TV'S need to be updated.

Was better than previous reviews. Location was convenient to all services. Staff very helpful and informative. Was as expected from a 3star facility

The sound of hammers at the neighbouring construction all day made it noisy and hard to rest in the day

For the second week now the booking.com system was not working and the motel had no record of our booking even though i had a booking confirmation and number. Not the motels fault. Booking.com needs to sort this. Thankfully the motel sorted it out for us and we thankyou.

Clean, warm room. Seperate kitchen area. Bathroom was clean and good shower pressure with modern fittings. Bed was great size and comfortable. Handy to town. Would return again. Thanks

We didn’t like the bathroom, toilet and shower arrangement but the facilities were adequate although the basin wasn’t easy to use for short people. Also, it is always helpful for people touring to have flannels provided rather than have a soggy one in our washbags. For people on foot or not wanting to take a car into town, the Motel is a bit far out but it did give us a good workout.

Booking in was easy and our room was readily accessible. The furniture was in good condition and the kitchen and dining table were clean. The bedding in both the bedroom and lounge was immaculate as were the towels. We really appreciated the warmth in the apartment that made a lot of difference both in the day and night. Also, the toilet paper was of very good quality, the best we had found in 16 days of touring. It’s position a few minutes from a first class takeaway in 4 different cuisines, including fish and chips, was a real bonus.

A strong sulphur smell in the room every so often coming from the ground steam outlet in the carpark area. I'm not sure if the property could do anything more that it already did. That's nature. The parking was a little tight at the rear of the property. I'm glad we didn't have a bigger car.

It had everything we needed. Close to the supermarket and in a fairly quiet area. Other than the sulphur smell from outside, it was a clean and comfortable room.

No laundry room

The property is tidy, there is carpark available. Theres plenty of space in the room, the towels were replaced daily, there’s a good breeze when you open the road side windows. The kitchen stores most of the essential items you need for cooking, eating, cleaning up. Wifi & Netflix available. The pool and spa were perfect for recovery after touch games. The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities.
