눉Paying with a debit card your made to feel like a second class citizen. I paid a bond but was limited to charging things to the room because it seems like I'm gonna do a runner or steal. I always pay and go over my bond on restaurants etc.

눉This is not about a bad experiences its about what I feel could be improved: 1.I love food and I don't care what I pay if its good. I tried the restaurant in the foyer for breakfast and its what I term 'typical hotel food'. So my next two days I went somewhere else to eat because to beat the competition around you - the food needs to be better than these whereby loosing the term 'typical hotel food'. Has anyone thought to research the food places around you? Another thing - do you encourage staff to experiences a stay overnight at the hotel and give their opinion as you have done with this survey. They should experiences and critique their own peers on performances etc.
눇The whole package from the front line staff to those cleaning needs to be acknowledged. In particular those who aren't seen which sometimes is forgotten in a large organisation.
