The maintenance of exceptional property is not updated the pool is not clean & maintenance of tress and grass is really poor

The pool and gym was out of service, There is no more restaurant in the resort. You can only order food to be delivered in the room. The place looks sad.

This place used to be amazing however, no maintenance the gardens and the trees just grow randomly.

The swimming pool was not fit for use, maintenance required

The staff were more friendly and helpful, the neture at the resort was wonderful and very calm, but a little bit of gardening maintenance is required

The place seemed to be nearly abandoned. The facilities are not functional at all. They are not well maintained even the plants are not landscaped. But for sure if these things will be addressed, the place will be back to its prime.

Although staff were helpful and eager, the stay wasn't without challenges. The bathroom was broken and the AC wasnt working, casuing us to transfer to a different room which had a leaking sink and AC. We placed an order for dinner(which was paid for in the booking) which they claimed to have not received. We were told to order food from talabat. The restaurant and many facilities were not available or closed. The kitchenette doesn't have a stove or microwave oven. The resort should make guests aware of this prior to booking. The place is in dire need or restoration.

It was tranquil due to few people present at the resort. It felt like an escape from the city.

The resort is not maintained at all. All the trees are dried up, the grass is unkept and other than the swimming pool all the other facilities are in tatters. The gymnasium and games room felt like nobody has been there in years. We even had to go and switch on the lights on the gymnasium ourselves as there wasn't a single staff there. At night, except for a few areas the resort was unlit and there were areas that were completely pitch black and we were afraid to even roam around the resort at night. When it came to the rooms, the washrooms weren't particularly clean.

The location and the rooms were very nice. Also the staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Resort used to be well maintained but this time, pool was dirty and waterfall was not working. Tennis court was not maintained,there were no activists. No cycles. Food was average. However management was polite enough enough to compansate us with free lunch and late checkout

The entire property was in dark with limited lighting and the main entrance was not that clean. Also my first experience in resort, that when i entered into the bath tub yo have shower and the shower went off, seems that no one had checked it properly before handing over to guests. Also at night when you are in deep sleep, you will hear barking sound of dogs and its really annoying.

The only thing i liked about the property is, that it was close to work place.

the place not as expected in the web . there are shortage of labors and so many things was old and damaged. no one take care about the equipment's and facilities in that place. the swimming pool not occupies by safety equipment's . the kids area was in pad shape and no maintenance was done.

it is good and with different types of food . the restaurant was clean and organized. the chief provide us in good way . he was happy and very kind to serve us during that time. .

The water in the pool was not recirculating. People were using towels by their own as the given towels was not sure somebody else was used. The towel in the rooms was not of quality. A/C was not working properly Intercom was not working Cycles was not of good quality

Rooms are spacious and silent Breakfast was good and enjoyable Ample of space to walk and ride.

i was assigned to room 338 when i arrived to my room it smells like vomit and the ac was leaking a pool of water into the sofa . So i asked for room move if possible or room change.Than they reloctaed me stay in 330 the acs was not cooling at all we couldn't enjoy the stay or sleep at all . On top of that the tv was not working a problem with the server. The total experience was very bad . As also at the small balcony the view was of dirty leaves and bird droppings. Dead cockroach in the toilet. Not all room lightings work.

The privacy, and late checkout was given after we complained.

1-Staff look like they were forced to work. 2-Swimming pool is not working. 3- room was dirty. 4- phone not working. 5- i requested for ice and was informed that ice machine is broken. 6- tv barely working. 7- freezer is not working.
