With little kids we had to be very careful about big deep holes in the floor and the slide of the playground was dangerous because it was broken (we made the staff aware and they were fixing it when we left). It is really outside the city so a car or taxi drive is needed for anything. Also the personnal couldn't inform us about a very famous touristic destination nearby (Ayn Koor). We found it a little too expensive for the service.

The room was super big and clean, we were glad to be at the opposite of the attraction park for not being disturbed by the noise. The swimming pool was huge and very clean, but kids under 6 were not allowed in it (on the rules). The restaurant was good, breakfast varied. The beach was just in front of the hotel but the season (July) didn't allow us to swim in the sea (too dangerous with the waves).

Fridge didn't work Flush inside the toilets didn't work No enough waters, tea sachets, sugar. No Hair dryers and A/C in the dining room didn't work. Limited options for vegeterian people. Food option got mixed with both veg and non veg.

Rooms are spacious and good for large gamely and peaceful. Kitchen has all amenities for cooking. It saved us lot of money when we cooked our food.

No wifi in the villa, have to walk all the way to reception. Bath rooms taps are rusted and has to replaced. Bath tub damaged and requires replacement. The bath accessories needed to be replaced based on water quality.

Bathrooms were clean but the shower Chanel water was blocked .. Breakfast was poor . Remote control for T.V was with poor battery. They don't renew the beach and the gym .. lots of places needs to take care of . I think the owners do not know how to attract customers with offers so they can improve and make the place full of life . They need to market the place and clean the outside areas.. Shower place beside the swimming pool also was blocked . I wish the reception wear a uniform and the whole stuff .

Chalet with two rooms was very clean . Stuff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Swimming pool is amazing but I don't know why they don't fill it till the end with water to make the ladder safe for use. .. the place is huge . The carnival of the village is a mazing with Lot of playing area . The location is very good on the beach .

Very bad or no technical maintenance in the room. When taking a shower, the bathroom became completely flooded. The shelves in the shower to keep toiletries are not there, only the ring is there. Very bad WIFI, constantly interrupted or very slow. Cannot be trusted to process information. When I asked for milk to have with my tea in the room, the room service staff replied that there is no milk !!!

Very beautiful swimming pool. Excellent location on the beach.

a few of them don't speak English as I had a heartburn and ran out of medicine, I called the receptionist if they could bring the breakfast to my room or give me milk, the receptionist didn't understand and kept saying " No no not allowed" , and the milk part, didn't understand it either, and once I called the restaurant to heat my food, well, the staff asked for my room number, he came and took my food and didn't return it back, he thought I was giving it away. The swimming pool was really nice and built nicely but it was dirty most of the times.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, I just wish that they could speak better English to understand visitors well.

The Air conditioners don’t work properly! We changed the room in the middle of the night and the second one was worse than first so to avoid hassle of moving our entire luggage again we just slept. Secondly, the places that in the hotel area were very dirty, seems like there have never been cleaned e.g. Garden bench to sit, Kids Play Area etc
