Nothing! Some curtains on the little bedroom window and a blind in the living area would help keep it a bit cooler but these things are minor!

The only problem was the minibar that was filled with some drinks and food, but there was no price or notes about it anywhere in the room. It could make you think you could get at least the water, but after contacting the reception I found out any of them should be paid and the prices were absolutely high (coke can $4, 600ml water bottle for $3 etc).

Incredible place in a very good spot at the beach. Other options we considered were far from the “center” what would make it more tiring to move around to restaurants and shops. We were concerned it would be noisy and crowded but for our surprise it was very calm and relaxing. Everything was great, from the rooms (ac, showers, bed, decoration etc) to the swimming pool and chairs outside. We would definitely go back there in our next trip to Venao.

Very, very remote. 5 hour drive from the airport. Not the property’s fault. Lol

The property itself was immaculate and obviously well maintained. The beach had a lot of trash though we found that to be the case across Panamá.

our family apartment didn’t have view of the beach however it was spacious and we could easily walk 50 feet to the sand!

In the beginning I got a room in a place with no Wi-Fi signal and the safe didn't work. When the guy came to fix the safe, he told it is none the Wi-Fi is not working in this room - so why did you put me in the room for the first place if you know there is no Wi-Fi?? But fortunately they had another available room with Wi-Fi signal. The restaurant is not so tasty... and I would expect discount for who is staying in the hotel A very loud groups of people that not staying in the hotel used to come inside in the middle of the day. They played music and really interrupted the chill wibes

for the amount I paid I would expect my room to be cleaned every day without asking me every time. and i knew that breakfast was not included, but.. the hotel has its own restaurant. when the customer pays 200+ per room, I believe the hotel can make the breakfast for 10$ complimentary:)

The Wifi was not working so well.

The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The room was small but convenient, ours had no view but we were still close to the beach. The swimming pool is fantastic...you have the best view over the beach/ocean, surrounded by palm trees...it's paradise.

The night lounge was empty so had to take a short stroll to wao venao to get some vibrancy...but definitely not a deal breaker, we'll return here again!

Great spot right on the beach. Traveled with a family of 4 of us. Staff was very friendly and it's a 5 minute walk down the beach to the Wao Venao with all the cool restaurants bars etc...so proximity is perfect! We really wanted to stay an extra day because it was so relaxing!
