I thought the menu was overpriced. The pool was way too hot. It was more like a hot tub lol. I didn’t like the fact that the sauna was not on when I went to use it.

The water is not cool in the pool. It’s a bit strange because it’s not a jacuzzi - it’s a medium sized pool. The coffee for breakfast is terrible. Furthermore- don’t order room service coffees because they sent a weak brown coloured cool water in a cup.

The pool opens early and there’s a good gym. Decent breakfast but not amazing. Bubble bath with good jets and lights in the bathroom is nice if you get a superior room - though there was only cold water running into in the bath most of the time (but not the shower which was hot).

A little dated

The staff was lovely, accommodating and helpful. Room was comfortable, shower was great, breakfast was delicious and abundant. Close to public transport, markets, supermarket, restaurants and main streets of Miraflores.

The facility is a bit outdated, some cracks here and there are showing already, it could definitely use some TLC.

The small whirlpool in the room was fantastic, the staff was not speaking English but we found the way to communicate, they were open to help. The fruits in the breakfast buffet were delicious.

All the marble and glitz make it a bit sterile, staff mostly efficient but very strict. They do a good job, but a bit more smiles and personal interest would go a long way.

Some things need a bit of maintenance or renewing. The fridge was a bit noisy. For the rest everything is just great price-quality wise.

This hotel has a Turkish sauna and regular sauna, a nice pool with perfect temperatures. Also the gym is good. There’s a pool table too. Breakfast is at its best early in the morning when just getting served (depending on what you eat of course). The location is just perfect. Close to parque Kennedy, malls, restaurants and not far from Larcomar. Reception and staff were very welcoming.

We asked for help from a lady at the front desk, a receptionist, to get a taxi and the reply was get an Uber. We are from out of the country and our phones didn't worked in Lima. So, no. Getting an Uber or any other type of transportation via an app that requires a phone number is not an option. The rooms and bathrooms were small and uncomfortable. I would even say the bathtub is too high and unsafe for seniors. Another receptionist, an older gentleman, helped us to get transportation to the airport. The outdoor gentleman was also very kind and helpful as well. It was definitely a learning experience. The "luxury" term feels too big for this hotel. It doesn't smell or feels like a luxury hotel to me.

Most of the staff was very helpful. We rested well. The rooms were decently dark, and we heard minimum noise from the street or from inside the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. They have cold and warm options. We had scramble eggs or boiled eggs with some sort of meat (ham, hot dog, beef stew, among others), toast, juice (pineapple, passion fruit, orange), and coffee. They also offer typical Peruvian plates. They also offer cereal, tea, yogurt, and different types of bread, among others. The location was great. You can walk to the Inka Market, and other local shops to buy souvenirs. You will be within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the park 7 de junio and the park John F. Kennedy. They have all types of restaurants and local activities at these parks.

Overall it's a bit faded elegance. For example, the wallpaper not in good shape, peeling. The plumbing broke and we had to move to another room.

Cannot fault this hotel. Huge king beds that would fit 3/4 people so plenty of room for 2. Bathroom nice tiling and great shower. There was a jacuzzi bath but I didn’t use it. Body lotion, shower gel and shampoo provided. Aircon in room. Was basic ie just full power and loud but to be expected. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of continental food and they have some nice hot options such as fried potatoes and other options which they change up daily. Staff were very friendly.
